"So then, it seems that loose end has finally been taken care of," Deku muttered.

"But sir, he managed to defeat League," Kurogiri told him. "Was he not your most powerful soldier?"

"What, that arrogant lump of flesh? I only told it that to stroke it's ego. Sometimes, simply believing you cannot lose is exactly what you need to win. But it was simply something put together to counter Izuku's quirks. And it didn't matter if League lost or not, because victory meant Izuku is gone, and his defeat would give me valuable information. In the end, he was just a disposable tool for my personal use. I did expect Izuku to have furthered his skill with the other quirks, but it was surprising by how much. But in that last fight, while he may not used everyone, it did not matter. In the end, he still lost, and the only thing even close to being a threat has been removed."

"So in the end, League was just a sacrificial pawn to you?"

"How many times must I repeat myself? You and the others mean nothing to me, and I have more important pieces that I can replace everyone with. In the end, the only thing that matters is power and my power is absolute. In the short while that I have been liberated from the shackles of Izuku, I have become a well known and feared member of the criminal underworld, well on my way to controlling it all. In fact, soon once the plan is in motion, I will have control of Japan and become a being that nothing can possibly hope to stop."

"Please, there is always a limit to everything," came Izaya's voice from inside his head. "It is only a matter of time before your defeat."

"Says the weak version of myself that lost to me, and is now nothing more than minor headache." Deku opened a door and walked out of the empty room he was in and stepped out into what looked like a small circular arena with a large domed cage over the top of it. Around it were people sitting in stands, waiting in anticipation for what was about to happen.

A door at the opposite end from him opened up and a man with a sack over their head was pushed through and fell to the ground. They scrambled to their feet and tore the sack off, looking around in fear. "Aw man, no, please. Don't do this to me. What did I do wrong?"

"Wrong? Oh you did nothing wrong, I may do this in order to punish those who try to cross me, but as someone who's sat on the other side of that cage, you know that isn't the only purpose this event serves. Now then, how is everyone tonight? This man here, was in charge of a group that was in the drug trafficking business, before I subjugated it and brought it under my control. This man here, he made the right call and recognizing my power, submitted. However, he is no longer useful. The only thing he can do to serve me now, is to provide both me and you with entertainment, and to donate his corpse to the creation of Nomus. So are you ready, as always, the rules are simple, with the only one being, kill your opponent."

"No please, boss! I've always served you loyally and without question!"

"Yes, as the weak should. And now, you can continue to serve me in your final moments. Now stand and fight, that way this may become entertaining by at least a small amount." Deku began walking forward, an insane look on his face. But despite being told to fight, the man before him fell to his knees, a look of complete fear and despair covering his face. "Oh how boring, but what can you do. As you should, you're simply capable of only cowering before me." 

All in an instant, it was over. All that was left of the man  being a mangled mess laying against the a wall, and the blood on Deku's hands. Once again, the door the other man came through opened up, and another person stumbled through with a sack over their head. Except this one had special cuffs that were made to suppress his quirk. With a clicking sound, those cuffs were disabled and fell off his wrists and the person instantly tore the sack of their head. And underneath, was Taiyo.
