This week sucked because I still had to go to classes even with my plans of dropping out. Well... Not dropping out, but you know what I mean. It felt like it would never end, I still didn't do my homework though, there was no way. I put a lot of time into my essay and it was looking pretty good, I wasn't going to waste time on homework when I had better things to do.

After I finished the essay, I reread it and had my friends (and even Maggie) look over it before I brought it to my counselor. She said she would email me and let me know about any updates or results.

I decided to turn it in with some pages from my sketchbook. My sketchbook has always been a pretty personal place for me but I needed it's help in order to achieve this.

Distracting me from school, Billie had a show at the end of the week and I was finally able to go, I planned on bringing the roomies. It was finally Friday, and tonight I would finally be able to see her perform for thousands. Yea... Maybe I'll have to share her with a billion screaming fans for the day, but it'll be so nice to see her doing what she loves.

My roommates and I decked ourselves out with Billie's merchandise that we either bought from Spencers, or I stole from Billie's room. We all looked like mini Billies. She would either be so delighted or so freaked out, but we were about to find out as we waited in the lobby of our dorm for the Uber to pick us up.

I wanted to go with Billie two hours earlier to see all the behind the scenes set up and the sound check, but Nicole had one last class to go to and she insisted we wait for her. If the Uber shows up on time and there isn't a lot of traffic, we might be able to see Billie before the show.

He showed up on time, and yes there was a dreadful amount of traffic, but at least we didn't have to worry about parking. Once we got there, we entered through a back entrance Billie told us about. It was being guarded by one of her employees, but he recognized me, and Billie told him I'd be coming, so we got in just fine.

Backstage at the show was like a maze of concrete tunnels. I stayed on the phone with Maggie the whole time we tried to navigate to the green room where Billie was preparing.

As I opened the door to the green room and entered with my friends, I was greeted by Maggie as I noticed Billie talking with Finneas and who I believed to be Claudia. I saw some people from management or some sort of staff on one side of the room looking over what I assume to be the setlist.

I've met Finneas briefly here and there, not Claudia though. The two of them seemed pretty busy. My friends and I approached Billie's group.

"Hi guys!" I greeted them. Billie didn't notice me walk in so she was very delighted by my presence. She pulled me in for a big hug. "You must be Claudia," I said to the dark haired girl next to Finneas, pulling her in for a hug.

"And you must be Jade! It's so nice to meet you, I've heard so much," she exclaimed, eventually pulling away from the hug with a smile. I then gave out one more hug to Finneas before introducing my friends to everyone, Maggie finally joining our little group.

"Nicole and Dani, this is everyone! Everyone, this is Nicole and Dani, my roommates at UCLA," I explained as hands shook all around the small group.

As they got to know Billie's family, Billie placed her hand on my arm as she whispered in my ear, "you look so damn fly in my merch," with a giggle. I rolled my eyes and smiled at her. She had a glow of excitement I'd never seen before. She wore all neon green, the sneakers, socks, shorts, shirt, even the beanie - neon green. The shorts had a Chanel pattern, and her beanie had her blohsh logo on it.
