Walking to the cafeteria with my headphones on and my backpack slung around my shoulder. I perambulated over my thoughts, going through the past days, weeks.

Honestly, as uneventful as the weeks had been there had been moments worth relishing. Moments like the excited smile on Kev's face when he heard he could play for their match coming up right after the break. He was so excited, you could literarily see the smiles and the subtle giggles rolling off him in waves.

Through the week, he was all smiles and laughs. He even offered me iced cream.

Once, I tell ya. Once!!

Throughout the last two weeks had also been memories of Roderick and Scarlett. Honestly, I don't even know if I expected to ever get together. I mean let's face it, we're all still in highschool. There are a lot of billionaires to work for, as their personal assistants or their wedding planners then break the number one rule, to fall for them.

I read a lot of stories...

But after what happened today. I'm expecting a major explanation on the girl's night which we have planned for today because of our upcoming exams.

And last but not least, the memories of Liam. It was...

Wow…

Overwhelming...to say the least. We talked a lot, laughed a lot. He talked about his family a lot as well. His senior brother, Louis who happens to be a Casanova and his junior sister, Lisa who according to him is 'showing off the blessings of the Madrids' by being a model in Australia.

They're really talented people if you ask me.

I felt bad at some point, when I realised I wasn't as open about my family the way he was to me and so I began with little details like birthdays...

Little details...

To favourites, to bests, to most aggravating...

You get the gist...

I guess as I began to know him, I was opened to some things I didn't think anyone would just know. Like how he takes the parents joke so seriously and how he can be an annoying jerk but at the same time can make me ile through every thought of '50 ways to kill a person by accident' playing in my mind.

How when he brushes his lips on my fingers of palms or my forehead like today. It made me feel giddy, the sparks flying in my head like fire crackers. How I was literarily on cloud nine every time he whispers something which never failed to make me smile.

Just like how I was smiling just by the thought of him walking to the same lunch table where we sat beside each other.

But there was still that one thing which made my smile falter. That one thing that seemed to be holding me down. It was like a padlock to the ground of the ocean. Making sure I was to never show my face at the face of the earth. As if I were to drown under but now...

Now...I see a face.

"Hey" a voice called me out of my thoughts.

Blinking multiple times, I answered, "yeah?" Sitting on my usual sit beside Liam.

He looked at me with hazel he eyes which were glistening with curiosity as if trying to understand what I was up to.
