"You just quoted Justin Bieber" Zach scoffs. Everyone rolls their eyes simultaneously.
"That's not the point, back to the situation at hand" I fire at him as he lifts his hand in surrender.
"I just felt we split in an unfortunate circumstance" she says, biting her lip.
"You were never even together" I state.
"And?" Scarlett pries, setting her elbows on the table ignoring my comment totally. I glare at her only to be returned with an eye roll.

"Hey Sofie, how long does it take to-" Michelle screeches in her not so pleasant voice from where she was sitted with her, 'friends'. She stops as we all glare at her. I wonder why she sits with those people. A person needs to be complemented in some specific areas of your personality. But this, this is wrong in all areas, stupidity doesn't mix, if one is stupid, then the other has gotta complement, but no, they're all stupid. And their stupidity is so high, I think their brains have been compressed by a battering ram.
That's better, now we need to clear the air of any bad omen.

"Yeah, so your um guy friend and girl friends can't wait for you to get back" I say as I catch the whole table staring at us with such intensity, it's blinding.

"Can you at least hear me out?" She asks frustrated.
"Yeah, soon, I promise" I know I look sincere, "I always keep my promises" I smile.
"Are your fingers crossed" she stares intently at me.
"That sounds desperate but no" I smirk, as she sighs and walks away.
"You're gonna give her the, 'Jesus is coming soon' thing, aren't you?" Charis asks me with a knowing look as she flips her fingers.
"What 'Jesus is coming soon' thing are we talking about?" Liam asks as he plops down beside me, with a juice box and a straw hanging out of it.
"Yeah, and what was that about?" Joey asks nodding towards where Sofia, Sofie, had passed through.
"'Jesus is coming soon', simply means, Jesus hasn't come till now, even after he said it over a thousand years ago" Charis summarized.
"Oh, I get it now, but isn't it wrong or insulting to say something like that?" Liam asks.
"It should be a 'no offence statement', it all depends on how you look at it" Scarlett shrugs as she downs her soda.
"Alright" Liam says signifying the end of the topic,"how has today gone so far?, because it has gone very shitty for me, what do you think?" He asks everyone before taking a sip of his juice.
"Yeah?, what happened to Michelle over there" I shoot back at him, "she dump you?" I look at him with a scowl , sizing him up with my eyes.
He looks at me incredulously. I look away from his burning gaze and he sighs, "what have I done this time?" He asks.
"There was a last time?" Charis asks with a smirk, giving me the ' girls talk' vibe.
She was so on her own.
