"Hey" Liam wrapped his arms around my shoulders, placing a short quick kiss on my cheek.
I looked at him with my side eyes, trying as much as possible to pretend like that didn't just make my heart flutter.
"Hey, how was class?" I asked him as he opened the door to his Audi for me. I got into the car as he closed it gently before rounding his car, then getting in as well, closing his door with more force.
"It was fine" he finally answered. "How was yours?" He asked.
"Well, as interesting as gym can be" I answered him, "now tell me, where were you?" I turned to him. He had missed gym class today.
He raised his eyebrows at me, "who said I wasn't there?" He asked as he pulled out of the parking lot.
"You weren't there, if you were I would have known" I folded my hands in front of my chest.
He smirked at me, "is that so?" He asked, sneaking a glance at me. I raised my eyebrows at him, his eyes turning back to focus in the road.
"Yes" he chuckled.
"Okay" he said.
"Where are we going to anyway?" I asked.
"Somewhere" He answered his smirk widening.
"Oh come on Liam. The least you can do is tell me a clue" I gave him a pointed stare, "how do I know you aren't going to kidnap me, or kill me and still demand ransom anyways. It's not like they would know I'm not alive or anything"
He stopped at a red light, turned in his sit and looked right into the depth of my eyes. The streaks of green and gold blending forming swirls of a hint of seriousness and playfulness. "Do you think I would really do that?" He asked me. He didn't wait for me to answer before he yelled, "SMH!!!"
I was shocked to say the least, "di-did you just say SMH" I gave him a bewildered look.
"Yeah duh" he answered. At that I raised both my eyebrows.
"Okay...so...are you okay Liam?" I touched my index and middle finger to his neck then his head as if checking his temperature.
He slapped my hand away as he began moving again. "Yes I am" he answered, "is there something wrong with saying abbreviations?" He asked. "Don't you girls always scream OMG" he scoffed at me rolling his eyes.
"That's different!" I yelled.
"No it's not" he yelled right back, "at least not that I know of" he muttered.
"You see!" I flailed my hands around, trying to prove my answered.
"Shut up" he muttered.
I gasped feigning hurt, "you did not"
He gasped way more dramatic, holding his hands to his chest, "oh but I did"
I shook my head at him, "you don't deserve my time or my presence" I looked away facing the window, though not before sneaking a glance at his side view. The evening glow casting it's colours on the side of his face, his tanned skin looking more inviting.
Oh God, not good, not good!!
"I know babe..." He whispered trailing off as he sped up.

Soon we arrived at our destination. The intensity of the sun had reduced and the amount of people trudging through the park had reduced along with it. Liam had parked his Audi beside an exotic car. The silver colour glowing, calling out to me to run my fingers on the surface.
