"Where do you think you're going young lady?" A voice stops me in my tracks as I move across the huge loving room straight for the stairs. The lights are turned on.

Fu- dge!!

I turn just in time to see my family members swivel their chairs in my direction. You could literarily cut through the tension lurking in the air.

Why! Why!! Why!!!

Oh come on! Look at the time!! It's like, eight- nin- ohhhhh ten!

I'm so dead!

"Hi guys!!" I say in a calm voice contradictory to the war waging in my head and tummy. "What you doing" I smiled cheekily hoping they caught on to the Phineas and Ferb reference instead of dwelling on my late coming.

Adam and Kev chuckled in response.

Yes! Almost there!

"No, I don't get it" my mum begins to shake her head in stern face, "so-"

She's cut off by dad's snort.

She turns to him with a questionable brow, "where you saying something?" She asked him.

His smile widened as he thought, almost as if he were replaying the event in his mind. "Yeah, how can you not know Phineas and Ferb!" He threw his hands in the air.

"Because..." She trailed off, that being her answer.

My dad gaped at her, "what did you watch during your childhood?"

"Uhh, definitely not Phineas and Ferb"  Mum answered back equally as saucy.

As they continued to bicker, seeing as my poor excuse of a distraction had worked on my parents, I decided to look for my escape route.

About to take a step, a voice called out. "Nope, stop right there"

Damn snitch!

My parents cleared their throat as they realised how I almost escaped if not for Kevin who knew me well enough to watch my every move and to know I was going to get out of there in a snap of the finger.

"So who dropped you off" dad asked now! His emotions going at bay as his blank face returns into motion.

"Uhhh, ease let's not do this now, can we not!" I begged. I knew what they were getting to and I wasn't ready for such right now.

After my walk with Liam he had dropped me home and now it had become such an issue because he seemed to always drop me home.

"Guys please" I looked at them as I tried as much as people to almost bleed sincerity from my eyes.

"Fine" my dad grumbled.

"Are you serious?" My mum asked. "just like that?"

"Just like that" my dad answered back. "if she says she isn't ready, she isn't ready" dad says as he gets up from his chair, walking over to the kitchen.

I watch as everyone disperses and I thank God for it before I quickly rush up to my room to send a quick 'I'm okay text to someone'.

"Mum, hurry up!!" Kevin called out to her. We were all outside waiting for my mum. Today was the day we were to travel to the U. K and everyone was ready including John who had arrived early this morning all set.

Well except mum

We had been waiting for her for so long, honestly, I think she was finding it harder than any of us leaving the house. I swear it was getting so late and we would miss our flight if this woman didn't get her huge butt out here!!

I mean, she did give birth to four kids!

"I'm coming okay, just give me a minute!" She answered finally.

"A minute! That's all she's been saying!"

"Fine, I'm coming!" She finally emerged from the house all teary eyed and sniffing.

"Are you serious mum?" I walked up to her, holding her to my chest.

She sniffed, patting my back like I was the one pained. I chuckled pulling back.

"Are you okay?" I asked her, a small smile lining my lips.

She murmured in response, falling into her husband's arms. "I'm gonna miss this place so much" her response muffled into his well gatorred shirt.

A sigh followed right after from each of us and then the song 'moving on' played in mind.

Who knew it could be so hard.

"Flight attendants prepare for landing, please" the voice of the captain spoke over the speaker. "Cabin crew, please take your seats for landing" he repeated.

Then he addressed us, "Ladies and gentlemen, we have just been cleared to land at London Heathrow Airport. Please make sure one last time your seatbelt is securely fastened. The flight attendants are currently passing around the cabin to make a final compliance check and pick up any remaining cups and glasses. Thank you" then the speaker went off.

I sighed, nervousness filling me. I didn't know what to expect, a lot of scenarios playing in my head. I wore my ear plugs ready for the landing.

I checked the time as we touched the ground. It was 4:25 p.m. Evening beginning to set in. I had changed my time to London time already.

As the plane finally stopped, John being the tallest stood up almost immediately, stretching his legs out.

"Finally" he muttered as everyone else got up as well, moving around the place getting our stuff.

Soon we were out of the plane, walking through the airport as drained as we were. We soon got to the luggage section just as our bags rolled out. As we got our bags, we walked so fast out of there I would think we were running from something.

Well, that was until, I heard the snaps and the whispers before I realised, so we were running away from something more like people....

Uhhohhh
