ellie sighed as she powered off her phone. she didn't want to be glued to her screen for the whole flight. she rooted through her small bag she brought on the plane and found the book of her choice. and she settled down in the seat and started reading.
after an hour and a half, ellie was very bored. usually payton would be here or one of the girls or even her parents so she would have someone to talk too. she definitely wasn't a fan of taking flights by herself.
"hello there, would you like anything from the trolley?" asked a withered old service trolley assistant.
ellie gave the women a smile and shook her head "no thanks" she lightly tapped her carry on bag. "i'm all set" the assistant nodded and carried off to the next passenger.

ellie scrolled for a good while until she found a sound perfect for her tiktok. once it was posted she replied to a few comments and stopped but told herself she would come back later.
"i'll ask the group chat if i should post my selfies i took this morning" ellie wondered,now out loud.

"i swear to god if this doesn't load right now" the girl on the plane muttered in a annoyed tone suggesting that she was getting quite irritated. her laptop doesn't want to work for her today.
"i'm actually about to throw this out the fucking window" she mumbled an octave higher now.
finnally a beep from the device meant that the pics were finally able to be posted on her feed. god that took like over an hour.
