ellie found herself wanting to punch something but had to restrain herself. she ended up going to joanne, payton's mum, hoping for a source of comfort.
she walked into the kitchen furiously and sat down with a hmph.
"el? what's wring sweetie"
"i'm just so fed up" she yelled.
no. she won't cry.
ok of course she will cry. when she gets really mad she just cries. when joanne saw the girl starting to tear up she gave her a strong hug.
"it's just whenever me and payton post something on any social media" she started, hicupping between words, "tiktokroom always post about it, accusing us for liking each other or 'secretly dating' i don't even know. and the comments are even worse" she screamed out as she started off again.
"have you ever thought that they are right?" whispered joanne.
ellie immediately looked at her and gave her a strong,piercing stare.
