ellie was awoken by the iconic apple ringtone playing. it was of course payton. surprisingly he's up earlier than her.
"hello?"
"heyyy el, we are ready to leave so you can come down now."
"now? oh jesus um ok give me ten minutes"'she said hanging up.
ok ok. leggings and a under armour t shirt anddddd payts hoodie ok good. she went to run out the door but hit her toe on the big suitcase. she cursed underneath her breath.
"how the fuck am i meant to get this down the stairs" ellie was panicking now.
ring payton.
he answered on the second ring.
"ok el what's wrong"
"would you be able to like bring down my suitcase?"
"will do byeeee"
call ended.
ellie breathed a sigh of relief and headed down the stairs to grab a quick snack so she wouldn't be starving.
she heard a knock on the door, meaning that payton was here. they only lived a few minutes away from each other.
"ok el where is it"
"upstairs"
payton nodded and quickly went up the flight of stairs and took a right leading him to ellie's room. soon enough he appeared at the top with the suitcase in his hands.
"thanks so much payt i can take over now"
"nah it's fine i'll take it to the car"
"such a gentleman" ellie teased meaning she got a little playful punch of payton.

ellie hopped into the front seat beside payton and said hey to everyone in the car . she wasn't really friendly with dylan but parker was a really good friend.
"where exactly are we going to in south carolina?"
"myrtle beach" answered joanne.
"ok then" mumbled ellie.
ellie then immediately attached the bluetooth to her phone and played her playlist. her payton both had the same type of music so the two of them were in their own little bubble vibing together.

"right time to unpack" payton sung as the group came into the hotel room
"i'll do it later" ellie said as she flopped onto one of the beds nearest to the window. payton flopped down on top of her and immediately got pushed of by the girl who he squashed. the two always play fought. it's what they did.
everyone rolled their eyes at the two and carried on doing what they were doing.
"hey el be my camera women pleaseeeee" payt said
"sure"
payton got out his phone and got the sound that he liked for his tiktok.
