Enjoy : )
So this is your room," D-man said.
It was a normal bedroom for a guest and somehow big. I had gray walls and the cabinets, drawers and others where white. The bed faced a large window which you could see the city from here. The room was well light. At the other corner, there was a working table. Most of the details in the room had blue and green details to add up colour.
"This room is amazing. Honestly, I could sit on the window seat and read a novel," I said while admiring the room with my eyes.
"I specially chose it for you because of the view," he said. My cheeks felt warm. I looked down on my fingers.
"Thanks very much. That means a lot," I said while avoiding his gaze.
"Should I help you unpack?" He asked. He was so being sweet.
"Thanks for the offer but I will manage. You go catch up with your friends," I said.
"I will. Thanks for coming parker."D-man opened the door.
"No problem," I said. I was OK really,"see you soon?"
"Maybe," he shrugged and closed the door.
I didn't wait any longer, I threw myself on the bed and let out a long breath. It was so-
"Sorry, I forgot my phone here." D-man walked in and took his phone on one of the drawers. He then looked at me while raising his eyebrow.
"Just go, I travelled like nine hours. I need to catch a breath," I backed myself up.
"I was a good driver right?"
"Obviously better than my brother!"
"Thanks and -"
"Oh my D-man, I need to relax and stop asking too much things." I was just trying to process everything here.
"I was just going to say, you can take some of the clothes in the drawers. They were freshly installed, oh my Parker." He chuckled.
"Thanks now go," I said.
"I could stay here in forever and start talking about anything?"
I was about to answer when Maurice came. "Derek, don't trouble this sweet little girl." Maurice grabbed D-man's hand dragging him out of the room.
Thank you.
After I had relaxed a little, I went to the bath. I already find new spare toothbrush so obviously I just had to use it. I went to my bed to dress up. I was so lazy to open my bag so I just took D-man's advice.
I started to check for clothes and I saw my phone vibrating. I took it and it was a message from D-man
D-man: you're clothes are in that drawer to the last near the window. I hope you like them ;)
A smile formed on my face. It couldn't get erase easily. I decided to check the drawer and oh my. It was filled with a lot of girlish clothes from shorts to sweatpants.
I decided to take a white NEWPORT long sleeve blouse and took some grey sweats in my bag. I found some black comfortable fluffy slides for inside. I decided to wear my glasses. Let's go for a new look in New York and it was almost late afternoons. I tied my hair in a messy bun.
After everything, I tied up my room. I just wanted to make a first impression. I left my room and I walked in a big corridor and admired how this house had such rocks. They made it simple but honestly, I think it was hard.
I was walking going to the living room. I think these walls were soundproof because how couldn't I hear a lot of traffics. Going down the steps, I met dear Maurice.
