Josephine POV
The following day in the morning I drive to Hero's house to drop off Lisbeth . I open Hero's door holding Lisbeth hand. "Hero ?" I scream his name closing the door behind me. "Kitchen" he screams, I walk to the kitchen immediately getting the smell of eggs and bacon. Lisbeth runs to him, Hero bends down wrapping his arms around her. "I missed you so much" Hero whispers kissing her cheek.
Hero places Lisbeth on the chair putting a plate of food in front of her. "Do you want some ?" He asks pointing to the food, I nod taking my phone out. "Morning" a girl comes inside the kitchen wearing nothing but a long shirt. "You're plate is right there" Hero tells her pointing to the plate next to me. "Thank you" she says gentler slapping the back of his head.
"Thank you" I whisper when he hands me the plate. "Hi you must be Josephine" I nod digging into my food. "I'm Anna" she smiles, as I'm about to take the third bite of the egg I feel this liquid wanting to come out my mouth. I get off the chair running to the bathroom. I let all the puke out in the toilet. "Jo are you okay ?" He says holding my hair, I push his hands off me nodding."I'm fine" I wash my mouth with water.
"Did you go to the doctor ?" I nod leaning my head back against the wall. "What did they say ?" He steps in front of me.
"I'm pregnant" I whisper, "Am I the dad ?" He says in a harsh tone. "Maybe" I bite my lip holding back the tears. "What do you mean maybe ?" He closes the door slamming it, I flinch at the loud sound. "We need to do a DNA to check if your the dad" I look down at my feet feeling me eyes watering. He takes a deep breath "Jo look at me" he softens his voice holding my chin. "Make an appointment and we'll see from there"
"You're not gonna get mad ?" He shakes his head no. "It was both of our fault for not having safe sex, okay ?" He wraps his arms around me kissing my forehead. "You should go out there with your girlfriend" I gently push him away from me. He lets out a laugh "She's not my girlfriend, she's stayed over because we both got high yesterday, she couldn't drive back home. She's like my smocking buddy"
"Oh"
"I'm sorry"
"Sorry for what ?"
"For treating you bad. For everything I've caused in the passed days." He cups my cheeks stepping closer to me. "If this is my baby I'll change for you and for our baby"
"And if it's not ?"
"Then I'll change for you and help you out with the baby?" He smiles slowly pulling me into a kiss. Butterflies flutter in my stomach, I quickly push him away. "You're just gonna hurt me again Hero" I shake my head no.
"I'm not Jo. Not this time. Not ever. I won't kiss you unless you want me to. I won't touch you unless you want me to Jo."
"Since when do you want to change for me"
"Since yesterday, me and Anna talked. It made me think about us. I've had many girls but not one makes me feel the way you make me feel" he grabs my hand placing it over his heart that's racing and pounding fast. "You make my heart race fast. You're presence makes me nervous. You make me feel things I never knew i could feel"
"I don't know what to tell you Hero. You always end up being nice to me for a day, you tell me all these charming things but the next day I find you having sex with a girl you're just so confusing."
"I don't know how to tell a girl I have feelings for them" he steps closer. "You can't have feeling for me Hero. You have sex with a different girl everyday you really expect me to believe you."
"I'm new at this Jo."
"That's doesn't matter, I'm new at this too. You don't find me having sex everyday with a different guy" He stay silent just staring at me thinking of something to tell me next.
"The feelings I have for you is weird but in a good way. You're too good for me Jo I'm already ruining your life and you haven't even gotten to know me well."
"Then let me get to know you." I whisper stepping closer to him. "Like a relationship as in boyfriend and girlfriend ?" He scratches the back of his neck his ears turning red, I can't help but let out a small laugh, he looks so confused and clueless.
"We'll take things slow this time. We won't have sex with other people nor us until we know we're ready to have a relationship."
"So what are we ?" He slowly pushes me against the wall. "We're just having a thing going on for now ? If that even makes sense" suddenly I have forgotten how to breath how to talk, I'm nervous now. He's so close to me, my breast are touching his chest. He's so tall compared to me the only things I can see is him. His green eyes dig into mines, we both stare into our eyes not saying anything. The silence is making me more nervous.
"Let me get to know you Hero, please" I whisper, he cups my cheek leaning his forehead against mine. He traps my lips with his kissing me slowly. My stomach flutters with butterflies when I feel his hand over my stomach slowly massaging it. The kiss is soft and tender, a kiss we've never had.
