"Are you nervous ?" Renesme turns off the car turning her head to my direction."Obviously I'm nervous" last night when I went back home me and my mom got into an argument about Hero. She argued how I should stop seeing him, that he's just going to bring trouble into my life.

"Remember just ignore them. I'll be right here next to you through out the whole day." I nod hoping out the car. She wraps her arm around mine. "So what exactly happened between you and Hero yesterday? I thought you two were coming to school together."

"We had an argument. But I told him we should put whatever we are to aside and focus on our baby."

"So you guys are not dating ?" I avoid all the stares that I get. I make eye contact with a few students and then look straight ahead. We step inside the school walking to our lockers. "I don't know what were are I just know we're not dating."

"Hero's a bitch most of the time actually fuck that he's always a bitch."

"He's different around me" I whisper suddenly feeling emotional.

After four periods go by it's time for lunch. "I'll back I need to use the bathroom"

"I'll wait for you in our table where we usually sit" All these people staring at me is making me uncomfortable but I just keep my face up pretending as if all of this is not bothering me. I walk inside the bathroom putting my bookbag down. I jump when I hear one of the toilets flush. A girl comes out one of the bathrooms, she gives me a small smile before she washes her hands.

I sigh leaning my head against the wall. I just wanna hide from all of this. I hear the door open, my eyes widened when I see Hero. "I knew you would be in here"

"I thought you didn't come to school" I mumble picking up my bookbag. "Here let me hold it it's heavy" I pull away, "It's fine. I need to go" I walk pass through him to be quickly yanked away from the door.

"You didn't let me finish talk yesterday" he locks the door. "What the fuck Hero unlock the door we're gonna get in trouble. "Let me talk first Jo"

"No, just go back to doing on nightstands Hero."

"Yesterday I said the sex didn't mean anything to me." Just hearing those words come out of his words makes my chest hurt. "You didn't let me finish talk this is what I wanted to tell you, the sex didn't mean anything to me at first but that's until I noticed you wanted the actual me to care for me. To be there for me when I have my brake downs. To be with me not just for sex but for more. I'm just so use to girls wanting me just for sex I'm not use to girls like you."

"A person has never really cared for me like you have, it feels nice for someone to care for me for once" tears stream down his soft cheeks. "Why do you say cruel things to me like if you want to hurt me"

"I don't mean to hurt you... not intentionally. I'm not use to being nice to people other than Lisbeth. You make me want to change." I step closer to him, I get on my tips toes wrapping my arms around his neck. His quickly wraps his arms around my waist snuggling his face on the crook of my neck. Seeing him actually cry makes me believe every word he says. You don't often see a man cry.

"Let's get out of here, please" he begs, my heart hurts for him. "We'll get in trouble"

"We'll say you weren't feeling well, please lets just get out of here" he begs. "Alright I need to text Renesme to not wait for me in the lunch room" He pulls away picking up my book bag. After texting Renesme I turn to Hero. "Alright lets go" i unlock the door stepping out the bathroom. And he's back to the cold Hero, his face shows on emotions. His jaw is clenched, his eyes are a little bit of red he doesn't look like he's being cry he instead looks high.

How can someone who was just crying seconds ago go to no emotion in matter of seconds ? To my surprise Hero grabs my hand tightly against his. "I told you were gonna go through this together" a small smile plays on my lips. We step out the school and walk towards his car.

"I have to pick up Lisbeth first." I nod opening the passenger door. "I told my mom about you being pregnant"

"I thought we were gonna do that together ?"

"My mum could be a bit rude sometimes and I didn't want her to be rude to you. But umm... she wants to meet you. She was actually exited about you being pregnant." I brake my whole neck looking at him.

"It's only my mum coming my dad is too busy with work" he scratches the back of his neck. "Say something"

"Something" I mumble, "I'm being serious Jo say something."

"What do you want me to say, I'm just shocked your mom didn't get mad."

"Hero I want you to know that just because you told me all of this it doesn't change that we're just friends"

Hero sighs putting Lisbeth down on her feet. "Jo give me another chance." He sits down next to me.

"Why should I ?"

"Because I care for you. It's not just sex for me it's more than that to me. We can take things slow. Please" he begs. He stands up in front of me lowering down to the level of my face.

"I need you and you know you need me too, so stop playing" his hand goes down my throat he gives it a light squeeze before crashing his lips with mines.
