"Girlfriend ?" I raise an eyebrow looking at Hero straight in the eyes. "A one night stand isn't dating" Hero scoffs, "Leave I don't have time for your bullshit" before the girl can answer he slams the door walking back to the living room. What am I getting myself into ? I don't date, why am I acting as if I'm dating Hero ? I need to leave.
I walk to the living room, Hero is sitting down staring at the floor. "Hero I have to go, my mom needs help with something" I text my mom that I'm heading back home. "Tomorrow I'm going to take you out" he says standing up wrapping his arms around me. "I can't, me and my mom have plans" I lie taking his arms off me. "Let me give you a ride then" he grabs his keys picking up Lisbeth. The ride to my house is silent and awkward.
"Bye I'll see you around" I tell him when he parks the car. He leans in for a kiss but I turn to the side, his lips instead touching my cheek. "Bye" he mumbles. I step out the car walking back to my house. I can feel him staring at me but not once do I turn to look back at him. "Mom I'm home" I scream. "Is that your boyfriend" she smirks leaning on the counter.
"No" I walk to the fridge taking out a bottle of vodka. "He's handsome. My daughter has a good taste just like her mama" she smiles proudly. I roll my eyes "Well the handsome guys are most likely the player ones" I tell her with a harsh tone grabbing a cup. "What did he do to you ?" She says amused resting her elbows on the counter.
"He's a player and he's so fucking confusing." This is why I should not get involve with him. A lot of girls want him. Hero will not have second thoughts when it comes to girls. Hero is obviously handsome, sexy and charming, girls fall for that easily and I'm being one of them. I have to keep my distance from him. "Don't focus on guys right now focus on school. You have keep your grades up to go to college"
"Yeah I know" I mumble taking a sip of my vodka. "Renesme came earlier talking about going to Felix house they're throwing a party" she says taking her phone out smirking at it. "Can I go ?" I quickly ask her.
"Yeah of course she's outside waiting for you" she laughs, I swear my friends are everywhere first they were at a strip club and now they're throwing their own party. "Alright I'll see you later, mom" I chug on the cup quickly walking towards her car. Shit, I just noticed I still have his hoodie on. "I got some good news" she says as I step inside her car. I take off the hoodie placing it on my lap.
"What is it ?" I ask her looking a her phone as I see a freaky text but quickly looking away. I really need to stop reading people's text message. "We have this week off for school"

"Something about the teachers" she says. I step out the car as we arrive to Felix's house. I sigh when I notice Hero's car. We step inside the house walking to the kitchen. "I know that" he scoffs rolling his eyes. "Sure you did. Now get your ass over there" he smiles walking back to her. "Lets go sit down and talk" Renesme says holding my hand taking me to the living room. "Nah, not in the mood to drink" I force a smile on my lips. I kept a promise to myself to never cry over a guy and I'm going to keep that promise.
"Josephine" she says my name. I take my head off her shoulder to look at her face. She nods towards the left. I follow her gaze, they land on a cute guy that's leaning on the wall with his hands inside his pocket. I just need to get fucked hard to release this weird feeling in my chest that won't got away.
