"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA NAKAKATAWA MUKHA MO, MIKA!"

Di pa rin siya nakaget-over sa pagpapakaba niya sa akin kanina.

Sino ba namang hindi kakabahan. He's kinda strict regarding my school.

"Lucas, tigilan mo na. Inis na inis na sa 'yo, oh," sabay turo ng kaibigan niya sa akin.

Kuya Lucas is my cousin but his parents died in an accident. I was not yet born that time so my parents got him.

We were like siblings since he also calls my mother and father "mommy and daddy".

We were sitting in a circular table. Kasama ko ang mga barkada ni Kuya Lucas.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, ARAY!" Hinampas ko na, tawa ng tawa eh.

"Kuya Lucas, naiinis din ako sa 'yo. Bakit hindi mo sinabi sa akin na uuwi ka? Di ka pa dumiretso sa bahay."

Umupo siya ng maayos, "Uh, surprise?" With gestures pa talaga.

He applied scholarships abroad to study college there. Sa talino din naman ni Kuya, kaya nakakuha siya ng scholarship doon.

Akala ko ba tatapusin niya muna college niya bago siya uuwi?

"Change of plans," nababasa niya ba iniisip ko?

Sabagay, hindi pa naman nagsisimula klase nila.

"HAHAHAHA no, obvious sa mukha mo, Mikating."

Inirapan ko siya, kung anu-ano nalang ginagawa niya sa pangalan ko.

I hugged him tightly. Namiss ko din siya, eh.

Kuya Lucas formally introduced me to his friends. Few are girls but most of them are boys.

"May type ka diyan? Pumili ka lang, alaws mga jowa 'yan," he said after the small introduction.

What? "Kuya!"

He laughed hard and the others tila may inaasar. May napapaubo pa.

I went to the room to get some sleep. It was a tiring week.

Tinext ko muna si Gio kung natapos na ba niya yung part niya sa project. He said not yet kasi sobrang busy.

Same, let's just meet sa Sunday. Sa bahay nalang tayo gumawa.

It was early in the morning when I woke up.

After breakfast pupunta raw sa farm kaya I only wore a shirt and a pedal shorts tsaka nakatsinelas.

Magtitingin lang naman kami hindi magtatanim kaya di ako balot tsaka maaga pa naman hindi pa masyadong mainit.

The farm was fine. Wala namang problema.

"You should run this farm, better, Mika," Tito suddenly said.

I nodded, "Syempre naman po, Tito. I'm the one who's interested in agriculture."

"Eh kasi yung iba diyan, hindi talaga gusto mga ganito," pagpaparinig ko.

"Eh, Mika. Medisina sinisigaw ng puso ko, eh," Kuya Lucas chuckled.

"Tito, daddy, pasensya na po't hindi talaga ako nahumaling sa ganito," he dramatically said.

The two man went further and left us here in the small house.

"May nanliligaw ba sa 'yo?" Kuya asked.
