I immediately packed my bag and went straight to the airport. Ang sabi ni Kuya ay kahit pag-aralan ko muna ang lugar bago ako pumayag. Kaya naman he instructed me to say there for atleast two days.

"Astrid! I heard you're going to Cebu?!" He excitedly said. I rolled my eyes.

"Yes, Isaak. I'm actually on my way right now." I answered back. Isaak is our client's grandson.

"Talaga?! Much better! I will ask Nanay to cook your favorite food!" I sighed.

"See you, Isaak." I said before ending the call. Alam ko na kaagad na nandoon rin siya sa Cebu, just by judging his words.

Isaak Montagne, my childish ex.

I checked my inbox and saw nothing from Aiden. He must be busy enjoying his stay there with Kuneho.

I got out of the plane and was immediately welcomed by the cold breeze of Cebu. I smiled, ang tagal ko na ring hindi nakapunta dito.

I went here because of Isaak. Ang kliyente namin na Lolo niya. We will renovate their hacienda. Idedemolish daw talaga at from scratch magsisimula.

We are here to talk personally with the clients about their perspectives.

"Arvin?"

"At your service, Ma'am Luna!" I chuckled.

"Hanggang Cebu talaga rumaraket ka!?" He guided me inside the car and started the engine. Siya siguro ang inassign na maging driver namin rito.

Hinubad ko na ang suot kong hoodie at naiwan ang aking cream sleeveless cropped top at ang partner netong sweatpants.

Nang makalagpas ng airport ay doon ko palang binuksan ang aking phone. I was greeted by messages from my friends and Mom. But none from Aiden.

Ano naman ngayon? Tss.

"Luna, Mr. Chris said his grandson is there with him. Be good. Huwag mo akong ipahiya." I scoffed. Ano ako aso?

I looked outside the window. Nasa siyudad parin kami at ang lupain nila ay sa kabila pa ng bundok na aakyatin namin. They have their own beach kaya naman nagdala ako ng isang swimsuit.

Dalawang araw lang kami dito pero parang isang linggo akong magtatagal. I shook my head.

Tinignan ko ang suot kong relo at nakitang maaga pa. Ni hindi pa ako natutulog, it's just 12am! Umalis ako ng Maynila kaninang 10pm, kaya mahaba haba pa ang araw.

I decided to take a nap dahil sa pagkakatanda ko ay dalawang oras pa bago makarating sa kanilang hacienda.

"Ma'am Luna, gising na po, nandito na tayo."

"Five minutes." I murmured.

"E, kasi Ma'am kanina pa ho kita ginigising. Kanina niyo parin po sinasabi na five minutes pa. Mag-iisang oras na po tayong nandito." I grunted.

I opened my eyes and saw Arvin scratching his nape. Mukhang stressed na siya sa akin.

"Eto na, gising na." Walang buhay kong sabi.
