Mito was watching the interaction with keen interest, it was kind of amusing watching two antisocial brats interacting with each other, it was a comical scene.

She smiled as she fanned herself with money, soon enough she grew tired of their staring contest (or glaring in case of Dabi), so she went ahead throwing her arms around their shoulders, getting in the middle.

"Well, well, Izuku are you hungry?"

The boy with the purest eyes ever looked at her, she cooed at the chubby cheeks that slightly jiggled as he moved his head. They looked like marshmallows. She pinched them softly, while the other brat tried to move away from the toned arm.

Izuku shared a glance with the cat, 'Up for another meal?'

The cat's eyes glowed with stars, 'Are you kidding me? I'll kill you if we miss the opportunity to eat more!'

Izuku rolled his eyes, but then he'll also never refuse free food. He grinned showing his bright white teeth, "What's for dinner?!"

Mito grinned brightly and pointed at the campfire behind her, "Fish!"

Izuku blinked a couple of times before examining the dead fish that was grilled, those are...

'Sensei this fish...'

The cat's eyes flashed yellow, falling on the woman that was pushing Dabi to sit with them. As if sensing their wary glances, she looked straight at them, placing her index in front of her curved lips, and winked.

'She's annoying...' the cat grumbled. Izuku slowly approached the duo, choosing to sit in between the two adults. If the landlord was what he thinks she is, then his new neighbor might be in danger.

He smiled back at Mito who was silently snickering earning a confused glare from the scarred man. Izuku tilted his head, why was she laughing, he ignored her in favor of the fish that was being cooked, god, it smells so good.

Sensei spared the woman one last glance before completely losing his focus to the delicious meal that was inviting him, stroking his belly, seducing him. 'COME TO DADDY YOU NAUGHTY FISHYYYYY'

The cat drooled, soiling Midoriya's pants, Izuku snapped out of his trance when he felt a puddle on his lap, yelping, "SENSEI THE HECK?! You drooled all over me, AGAIN!" he smacked the cat's head, earning growls that weirdly sounded like 'I'll freaking slaughter you, goddamn filthy human!'

Izuku, caught in the heat of the moment grabbed the cat's cheek pulling it hard, "I'd like to see you do that you pig!"

"NYAAAAAT?!" the cat bit Izuku's nose, pulling it harshly.

Mito covered her mouth, but no matter how you see it she was full out laughing at the comedy duo. While on the other hand, Dabi was too shocked to open his mouth.

He might have come to the wrong place. He didn't expect this to happen on his first day.

"Boys, boys, stop it; you are scaring my new tenant," Mito clapped her hands, grabbing the attention of the human-yokai duo.

Izuku was the first one to leave the battle, Sensei still held his hand hostage between his sharp teeth, the nerve! The teen slowly moved his eyes to the turquoise orbs. The scarred man scooted away from Izuku.

"Uhhh... I'm sorry you had to see that," Izuku scratched his head with cat stuck to his hand. He used the growling cat as a neck scratcher. "He's normally not like this unless it's before his meals," he laughed trying to ease the man's worries.

Dabi scooted a seat again away from the greenette.

"Uhhh... I promise you that at least he is not rabid?" he tried and that made the situation much worse. If Dabi moved two seats away, now he's all the way back to the door of his room.
