32. One Day, My Dreams Will Come True.

Loving her,
Is like playing catch in the dark.

One day is all it'll take,
Just one,
For me to be great.

One day I'll be talk to thousands of people and they'll listen,
One day every thing I need won't be missing,

One day, a little kid will look up to me,
And I won't fail him.

One day I'll make Mama proud,
One day the voices won't be loud,
One day they'll be safe and sound,
And I pray that by that one day, they'll still be around.

One day Papa will have everything he needs,
One day I'll fulfil all of his dreams,
One day I'll be rid of my sins.

One day I'll wholeheartedly follow him,
One day I'll have kids,
And I'll love them the way he loves me.

One day I'll be everything he wants me to be,
One day I'll make the whole world see,
One day they'll listen to me.

And on that day when everything will be,
On the day that I finally find peace,
That day when I find release,
There will be nothing amiss.

And when my hair is old and grey,
And I've watched my beautiful grandkids play,
And everything he wanted I'd done without delay,
Then I'll close my eyes and say,
"Let it be today".

One day I was born
And one day I will leave this world
But until then
I'll achieve everything else in between
Because I know he has great plans for me.
And on those one days,
My dreams won't be dreams.
