The ink on my body
Reminding me of somebody
Bringing back memories
Bringing back the tragedy
The pain
The hurt
But maybe it was worth it
Maybe it wasn't all in vain
Maybe I was worth it
Maybe all my life won't be in pain
Maybe I wouldn't struggle in vain
Maybe I'd be sane
But it's hard to believe
That one day I'll be free
That one day I'll have peace
That one day it'll be better than this
