Dave stood looking out the window as Karkat loaded his stuff into the car as Kankri looked on. Despite the combined efforts of Kanaya and Rose, Karkat had still decided to move in with Kankri.
Karkat glanced up briefly to spot Dave in the window, looking down at him. He sported a look of remorse before looking down and loading his last luggage into the car. Kankri smirked and slammed the trunk down. He stuck his tongue out at Dave then stepped into the driver's side. Karkat took one last look at the apartment building before stepping into the other side and speeding away.
