"We're on this side." I say, leading Taehyung to one of the entrances where the guards are bringing in outters.

Tae is still tense, very tense. He hasn't relaxed at all since our conversation, if anything he's become more on edge and cautious of his own behaviour. Trying to shut himself out.

"It'll be okay, Tae, we just have to supervise and make sure all of the outters get to the underground." I look up into his emotionless dark eyes, "You stay here and I'll go round the other side. If you have any problems then tell me, okay?"

He nods and I press my lips gently against his cheek before walking across the pathway.

This is the area where the trucks will begin to empty the outters out and walk them underground. It's pretty much just a small area of empty land in the middle of a city leading to a giant hole.

The first truck pulls up, leading the outters around the front and down the slope towards the underground tunnel.

The guards carry whips and guns and are perfectly happy to beat everyone.

Instead, I focus my gaze towards Taehyung on the other side, he was already looking at me.

It seems like hours pass as more and more trucks empty the outters into the area and all I can do is watch as the guards beat them down, smacking them, punching them, kicking them.

Even the children.

They throw some to the ground just to kick them in the gut and my heart wrenches at the sight. Across from me I can see the pain and immense anger building up inside Taehyung.

I admit I'm a little frightened, knowing at some point he's going to explode and lose control. I'm just waiting. Waiting for the bomb to stop ticking and explode. Any minute now.

I make my way across the floods of people, calling a guard to take my place for a minute or so. I become lost in the crowd, the only thing letting the guards know I'm not a caught outter is my smart outfit.

By the time I make it to the other side Taehyung is gone. Vanished.

"Taehyung?" I call out, my eyes scan the perimeter for him.

In a matter of seconds I hear screams from just outside of the underground entrance. I rush over, recognising some of the yells as Taehyung's.

To my horror he's pinning a guard to the ground, literally beating the crap out of him.

"Oh my God, Taehyung, stop!" I shout, attempting to pull him off the man but damn he's strong, he pushes me away with just a simple nudge of his arm. "Taehyung!"

For a moment he turns to look at me and I see the insanity in his dark eyes, his gaze softens ever so slightly for a second before becoming harsh again. He looks back at the man before standing up and kicking his head. Hard. It knocks him out.

Taehyung looks at the man for a moment before storming off past me, I follow him, yelling his name.

What is wrong with him?

I tap my earpiece to talk to the others, "Guys, we have a bit of an issue. Taehyung has become...I don't know, but he's just beaten up a guard."

"Don't worry, Ari, Jungkook is heading over to sort him out. He'll be there any time now." Namjoon replies, clearly understanding Taehyung's situation.

I continue to rush after Taehyung, grabbing his hand in mine forcefully. He looks down and attempts to yank his hand out of mine, failing. He growls lowly, "Ari, I wouldn't fuck with me right now, I already warned you."

He pulls his hand away from mine again, this time succeeding as my grip was lost. I sigh, admitting defeat. He is quite terrifying when he acts and talks like that.

"Stop following me." He hisses, not even looking at me, "I'm not fucking joking."

I ignore him.

"Ariana." he warns, I ignore him again, sensing it was a bad decision moments before impact.

My body is thrown to the ground at full force, my head almost hitting the floor but thankfully someone's hand has been placed behind my head and they're lifting me to standing.

I turn around to see Jungkook before looking back at Taehyung who's eyes are darting between the both of us.

"I-I-"

"It's okay, hyung, let's just go back to the complex." Jungkook reassures him.

Taehyung's gaze lingers on me for a moment with a guilt ridden expression before he motions me to join them and follows Jungkook's lead.

"Ari, I-I'm so s-sorry." Taehyung stutters, attempting to compose himself. He grabs onto my arm, still shaking from his previous reaction, tears are welling up in his eyes, it's crazy to see him like this. "I c-couldn't control i-it for a moment, I-I didn't mean to hurt y-you."

"It's fine Taehyung, I'm fine." I place my left hand over his as he holds onto my arm and I rub his fingers with my thumb. "Just calm down, Tae."

"Normally he gets like this when he feels extreme emotion. There's nothing we can really do, he just goes crazy, tries to kill people." Jungkook mutters from in front of us.

I look up at Tae who's looking back at me with nervous, almost scared eyes. He murmurs slightly, "What does light yellow mean?"

"Sympathetic."

We eventually get our way back into the Phuture complex and take Tae to his room. Jungkook leaves, meaning we're left alone.

I sit next to him on the bed and hold his hands, squeezing them in mine. "Are you feeling any better?"

He just nods before his gaze falls on me again. "Are you sure you're not hurt?"

"Yeah, you should be more worried about yourself than me, though." I bite my lip,

"Don't do that," his thumb comes up to my mouth as he pulls my bottom lip from between my teeth.

Before I can even acknowledge what's happening his lips are on mine, moving slowly and gently as if asking for permission.

I can't help but kiss back.

His hands move around my waist, pushing me down on the bed so he's leaning over me. My hands find his silky hair and pull it tightly as he pulls my lip between his teeth before entering his tongue into my mouth.

The kiss becomes deeper and deeper until we hear a knock on the door, disturbing us.

"Taehyung, is Ari still with you?" Taehyung pulls away at the recognition of Jin's voice and I sit back up, acting as though nothing happened.

"Yeah, we've been...talking." Taehyung calls and Jin enters the room.

Wow, smooth, Taehyung, smooth.

"Ah, you two didn't get up to anything dodgy?" Jin asks, I follow his gaze to Taehyung' s messed up hair.

"No." I can feel heat rise in my cheeks and Jin smiles softly.

"You know what I said, Ari? That you can calm Taehyung? See, I was right." Jin says smugly, winking cheekily at me,

"What do you want, hyung? Shouldn't you be supervising the..." He cuts off his own sentence,

"Yes, but so should Ari, and I think Namjoon's getting a little mad that people aren't doing what they're told to do."

"Sorry, I guess I should go help then." I look over at Tae and place a kiss on his cheek before standing up.

"But Ari, I want you to stay." Taehyung whines like a little kid and pouts adorably.

"Tae, you know she has to-"

An idea pops into my head.

"-wait, can we have ten minutes alone, maybe even five? Please?" I ask, realising this is the perfect opportunity to get information out of Taehyung.

"What's going on in here?" I hear another man's voice and soon realise the man standing before me is the same man that attacked me in the elevator.
