I woke up the next morning to my alarm buzzing. I slammed my alarm off and got up grunting. Walking towards my bathroom I tripped over my shoes. 'This day is going to suck!' I thought to myself.

I steadied myself and walked into the bathroom. After I showered I changed into some skinny jeans and a black t-shirt of 'The Wanted' my favorite band. Also putting on my black army boots.

I decided to keep my makeup to the minimum, like usual. And blow dried my hair then straightened it.

It was now 6:45 I grabbed my backpack and slung it over my shoulder. On my way out I grabbed my phone and walked out into the kitchen. I ate a light breakfast consisting of cereal.

"Evan is taking you to school" dad said walking into the kitchen "you might want to wake him up if you don't want to be late though"

I sighed and walked towards Evans room. I stood in the door way then ran and jumped on top of Evans sleeping body yelling "wakey wakey" at the same time.

He groaned and rolled over making me fall off of him onto the bed.

"Dad said your taking me to school..so get up or I'll be late" he pulled his blanket up over his head.

I opened my mouth about to tell him to get up again when he spoke "don't! I'm up"

I shrugged "oookay" I got up and left his room. Ten minutes later he walked into the kitchen. He was wearing a plain white t-shirt, blue jeans and some white Nike high tops. His hair looked like he hadn't even brushed it, but that was his usual look.

"Ready?" He asked looking at his phone. I nodded even though he didn't see me. I got up and grabbed my backpack. We walked through a door connected to the kitchen and walked out into the garage.

Evan pressed a button on the wall next to the door and the garage door opened, the light from the sunny day taking over the darkness of the garage. As the door fully opened my jaw dropped. I was stunned when I saw the car sitting in front of me.

I glared at Evans retreating back "you have a Camaro?!"

"Mhm" he hummed "you coming"

I walked over to the passenger side and slide into the seat. I crossed my arms over my chest and turned in my seat to look at Evan as he put the key in the ignition "when did you get a Camaro?" I asked narrowing my eyes at him.

The car roared to life, he still hadn't answered me. Finally as he was backing out of the garage he answered "umm, when I turned 18" he put the car into drive and took off. Dust blocked the view behind us as he sped through our gravel drive way.

"This was you 18th birthday present?" I asked

He snorted "No, unlike you I pay for my own things" I ignored his comment

"How'd you pay for it?" I gasped "are you selling drugs?" I gasped again "oh my god! My brothers a drug dealer" I knew he wasn't but I was over reacting trying to annoy him. He was looking at me like I was crazy, glaring at me at the same time.

"Haha very funny. I actually have a job...unlike other people" he mumbled of course referring to me. Before I could say anything else I heard a click, I looked out the window and we were in front of the school. The click was Evan unlocking the door.

I sighed reaching for the handle

"I'll pick you up at 3pm" he said

"Okay" I answered as I opened the door getting out.

"Hey" he called out. I leaned over to look at him "be good alright"

"Yes dad" I said rolling my eyes and shut the door. I turned and stared at the school. I took a deep breath and walked towards it.
