Anakin jumped up, grabbing for his spear.

„Wait" Obi-Wan demanded.

„Wait for what? For her to get weaker? To die? I'll go get those supplies, and I'll go now!" he yelled.

Rex took his spear as well.

„No" he replied. „I'll go. I have the Helmet with scanners. You don't know how to use it properly. Besides of the fact that I set the language to Mando'a and can't set it back without access to a data panel with a language memory."

Anakin hesitated for a Moment.

He did not understand Mando'a and Rex was right. The supplies were probably sprawled over a large area. Scanners would be useful.

„Then I'll come along" he said.

Rex shook his head.

„We don't know if the fuel tank is still burning. If it is, the area is poisoned. Without a helmet you'd collapse as well."

„Yeah but it may have stopped burning by now. We were here for quite long."

„But we don't know. It's a fuel tank. It can burn for quite awhile. Of what use would it be if you'd have to stay back half way. I'll go. You're staying with the Commander. She needs you."

Anakin looked down to the ground at the last sentence.

Rex was right.

She needed him.

"Hurry up." he told the clone.

"One day to go there. About two to search everything and one to go back. Four days." Obi-Wan calculated.

Rex kneeled down beside his dying sister.

"You heard that little 'un? Four days. Can you do that? Survive four more days?"

She weakly opened her dull eyes.

They were glazed over with pain, but her gaze was clear.

She managed to move her arm a bit in an attempt to grab Rex Hand.

He took it, gently squeezing it.

"If I'll run I'd be able to make it in three days." he told the Generals.

Ahsoka lightly squeezed his Hand back.

He released his grip, standing up.

"Three days Commander. And I want to see you alive when I'm back."

A faint smile appeared on her lips.

He instantly hoped it was meant as a yes and not as a goodbye.

She watched him, as he left the clearing, before the darkness and fever dreams took back control over her consciousness.

Anakin sat back down at her side, once again stroking about her upper arm, trying to calm her.

To assure her he was there.

Three days.

The question was, if she had those three days left.
