They all sat in the hole with the smoked meat. The door was closed, Yet not able to hold of the freezing cold.

They had used fishing net Ahsoka has been building and the spear to tie the door closed.

To be exact they rammed the spear into the wall under the door, then tied the fishing net around it and then around the door. It was a door laying flat on the ground, covering the ground, thats why it luckily worked.

Now they sat in the small hole between the shelves with food. All of them wet from the rain that came alongside the storm.

Anakin had Ahsoka in his arms, who still was icy cold. The water that lay on her skin in thick droplets probably didn't make it better.

He would have wrapped her up in the blankets, but they were completely wet as well.

They were about to inspect what they still had left.

They came down to two bows, about fifteen arrows, one basket, the blankets, the net, the spear, the stone bowl and two wooden bowls.

That was it.

More they couldn't save.

Anakin was stroking Ahsokas cheek while he looked at the sad pile of things.

Obi-Wan stretched out the blankets on the ground, so that the water could slide off.

The little space of about ten square meters definitely wasn't enough though. He fit three of them. It was quite small in there.

Now they sat on wet blankets. Not really the best idea either.

Anakin lifted Ahsoka onto his lap completely to keep her of the ground, but his clothes weren't really a lot drier than the blankets.

Maybe his own body heat might help at least a little bit he guessed.

But inside he felt like screaming.

Everything was going south and he had no idea of what to do. They had to solve the problems and get off this planet. Get Ahsoka to a med station and hope that the meds can save her.

Her body was so cold by now, that she wasn't shivering anymore. Definitely hypothermia Anakin thought.

He could add that to the list of problems they had.

"We should sleep" Obi-Wan spoke after the long silence.

"When the storm dies down we go collect firewood and store it in here. Then we stay here. We have food, we then have wood and we have blankets. We can't rely on being found. We've been lost for so long, they either look in the wrong direction or gave up by now. Staying down here is our best bet at surviving the winter."

He looked around.

After a short moment of consideration the others nodded.

Obi-Wan was right. If they relied on being found they'd probably die. And staying down here sounded better than staying up there.

Anakin leaned back against one of the shelves. He still was freezing cold, but slowly felt better, as in the hole at least the biting wind was gone.

"Though one of us should keep watch" Rex mentioned.

"We all probably suffered at least a minor form of hypothermia. It's better that one keeps an eye on the others, just in case."

Again, agreement. They all were to tired for discussions anyway.

"I'll take the first watch." Anakin said. He wanted to stay awake, until he could at least wrap Ahsoka up in one dry blanket.

Preferably lay her on another dry one as well.

Rex nodded. "I'll tale the second Sir. Just wake me when you get tired."

Anakin raised an eyebrow. "Rex, we already talked about that. No need to call me Sir down here."

Rex sighed. "Right, I can't get that into my head. Sorry Si... Anakin."

Anakin smiled a bit. "No rest. I'll wake you when your shift starts."

Rex nodded and lay down.

Obi-Wan as well.

Anakin stayed sitting, Ahsoka cradled in his arms, unmoving and with slow shuddered breaths, coming out in little clouds.

He was quite glad that she was still breathing after all that just happened.

And he wished he could just tuck her in a warm blanket and send her some calming force waves.

But neither the one nor the other was possible. He had no dry blanket for her and he couldn't get his fear for her under control to calm her mind.

He could just sit and hope.

So he did.
