"The absolute NERVE!" She yelled.

You stared at the short woman before you, confused.

"I beg your pardon?" You ask politely.

"You! You know why I'm here! You lied to me!! Telling me you haven't spoken to your family. Humph. Then tell me, girl, why is it that when I spoke to your father, not an hour ago, he told me that the two of you had been in touch, every week?!" She spat furiously, pointing her finger at you.

You gulped, swallowing the dread rising in your throat. You said nothing, you only continued to stare at her.

"That's what I thought! You are coming with me, now!! You ought to be thrown into Azkaban for lieing to the Ministry!! Come HERE!" She reaches angrily at you.

You pulled away from her.

"Before I go, I have a question for you..." you sneered at her.

"I'm the one who will be asking que-..."

"Why were you trying to kill Severus with a troll?" You peered down at her.

Her expression changed instantly. From fury to shock to suspicion.

"I beg your pardon?" She repeated the phrase you'd used earlier, mockingly.

"The troll yelled something about... revenge, if I'm not mistaken. What could you possibly want revenge on Severus for?"

She shuffled her feet slightly, obviously wondering how you could know any of this information. Then a grin appeared on her face.

"Hmmm... not only have you lied about being in touch with your father but also about being an animagi.... how else would you know any of this if you weren't there?"

It was your turn to shuffle awkwardly. You'd possibly just given yourself away. In an effort to reach for an excuse, your replied smoothly.

"No, I am not an animagi. When I returned from the U.S., Severus had told me what happened. We are close, you know..."

She seethed with anger and her fists began to clench.

"You, miss, are a liar." She cornered you.

"Any time you are missing, that mutt of Severus' is lurking around. But! When you're here, his precious pet is no where to be found. Coincidence? I think not." She stepped towards you.

"Hmm, that is a conundrum. Why don't we go speak to Severus about it? Surely he can shed some light on your question?" You smiled at her.

"Very well, let's go." She pushed you out of your own classroom and down towards the dungeons.

Reaching the potions classroom, she shoved the door open, slamming it.

"Excuse me?! Some people are trying to be productive, Dolores!!" Severus yelled at her.

"Forget your pathetic potions, I have something much more important to speak with you about! It involves your valuable Miss l/n here." She waved at you.

He looked quickly at you standing behind her. You tried to motion in a way to be careful, but Umbridge had turned back around to face you.

"Why is it... that when your dog is around, Miss l/n is not? And vice versa?" She asked impatiently.

"My dog? You mean Amora? She was killed by the blasted troll you sent after me!!" Severus threw his hands into the air angrily.

"It seems to me, that miss l/n is an animagi. That's the only way I can explain these circumstances. And, you have been hiding her secret." She replied almost nicely.
