Third person's pov

Natasha started to tremble at what she's seeing. She is so confused on what is going on. On why did Steve didn't tell her that he has a child.

"N-natasha I can explain---" Steve tried to reason but was cut off by Natasha.

"Explain what? That you had a child? Why didn't you just tell me?!" Natasha's voice cracked at the end, They are starting to gain some attention.

"Hold up folks! Let's not do the confrontation here, People out here are just born nosy." Maria butted in, making sure to say the last part loudly.

Maria led them to one of the mall's office. When they reached there no one has the courage to break the deafening silence not even the talkative Carol or the goofy Kara. They just sat there gazing on the floor or the walls, even at the ceiling.

A few minutes later the silence was finally broken by the unexpected person, child rather.

"Papa? Aunties? What are we doing here? Why is it so quiet?" The little kid asked. She immediately got Natasha's attention. Finally the kid realized that they are accompanied by another blonde woman who seems to look familiar to her.

"What's your name kid?" Natasha asked, receiving a weird looks from the others. Somehow excitement is shown in their eyes but the terrified looks still shines.

"Hi Miss, I'm Amethyst but they call me Thay." The girl answered with a bright smile. Her politeness and smiles melted Natasha's heart. "You're beautiful! You look like Mama! But she have a red hair!"

Natasha's chest started pounding, her palms started to sweat. Now she knows where she had seen the little girl, she saw Amethyst in one of her dreams, the one who's calling her 'mama'... If her speculation is right the girl might be her daughter, she wasn't born stupid, she could see the resemblance of hers in Amethyst. But how? How did she have a child?

Natasha pulled out her phone shakily, opening it and clicked on her photo with red hair, showing it to Amethyst. "I-is this she?" Natasha stuttered, her lips trembling.

Before Amethyst could even answer, Steve interrupted. "Nat I-"

"I'm not talking to you." Natasha hissed, giving Steve a sharp glare before melting in front of Amethyst again.

"Yeah. How did you know my mama?" Amethyst asked with furrowed eyebrows, crinkles on the middle of it.

Natasha doesn't know how to feel at what she had just heard. She let out a tears, embracing the child tightly. She might be angry at those people who kept her child from her but that doesn't mean she's not happy.

Natasha's pov

"A-are you my mama?" Amethyst asked with hesitation laced on her tone.

"Yes baby, I am." I answered, still not letting go of the hug. I feel.... Very euphoric? I haven't even spend a day or an hour with her yet I fell in love with her instantly. Is that even possible? Guess so.

Amethyst let go of the hug and stares at me, "What's wrong my love?"

She didn't answered me, instead I felt her little hands cupping my face. It somehow melted my heart.

"Are you real?" She asked innocently.

I let out a chuckle and peppered her little face with kisses, "Of course I am baby."

"Really mama?" I smiled at her, I can feel how my heart jumped in joy when she called me 'mama'.

"Yes really and I'm not going anywhere."

"Promise?"

"I promised. Mama has a lot of adjusting to do just yet but I'm sure I'll manage." I assured. She smiled brightly again and engulf me in a hug. Which I gladly returned.

We stayed like that until I heard her stomach churned, "Someone's hungry eh?"

She giggles and nod her head. "Come on let's eat."

"Can they join mama?"

"Uhm I..." I don't know what to say, I don't want to decline my daughter...

Steve seemed to notice my facial expression. "A-actually papa has work Thay... I'll see you later?"

"Oh okay. But Auntie Lee and Auntie Kara will join!" I looked up to them, and see how they nodded hesitantly.

Seems like my baby girl has a charm no one can decline or reject eh?

"Shall we go darling?" The raven girl asked.

"Yeah! I want a happy meal mama!"

"Happy meal it is then." I smiled. Suddenly she raised both of her arms.

I don't know what she is doing so I let out a confused look. The girl she called 'Auntie Lee' suddenly leaned in and whispers at my ear. "She wants you to carry her." Oh.

I carried my babygirl and mumbled a 'thank you' to her. We were heading out of the office and I saw Steve leaving. I grabbed his wrists and whispered at him.

"You've got some explaining to do. And so do the others later."
