Steve's pov

When dinner's finished, everyone had left except Natasha. She stayed for a little while until it's time. Kara sent me a message that her and Lena are off to somewhere, and of course to give us this moment.

Amethyst is on Natasha's lap, convincing her on something. "Mama can't you stay?" She mumbles and gave Natasha a frown.

"Babes, you'll see me tomorrow okay? I'll pay you a visit." Natasha stated, brushing  her fingers on Amethyst's blonde locks. She looks so much like Natasha now because of their matching hair color.

"But-"

"Thay? Maybe mama has some errands to run? She'll see you tomorrow." I butted in, she let out a sighed. Did she just sighed? Oh good lord I know this trick. Before I could even warn her, She pouted already and her eyes starts to glisten.

She turned her head on Natasha, "Please mama. Please stay!" I saw how Natasha panicked and cooed our daughter in her chest.

"Shh don't cry, I'll stay okay? Mommy's gonna stay just... Just don't cry alright?" Amethyst nods happily and cling on her mother.

"You know that's a trick right?" I stated and crossed my arms on my chest, leaning on the wall.

Natasha's eyebrows crooked and shrugged. "Maybe." She paused and indicates me to sit beside her. I walked towards them and rest my arms on her shoulder, pulling her closer. "Even if it is, you know I can't say 'no' to our daughter."

"Mmm, It's fine I guess."

"How old is she love?" She questioned and rested her head on my chest with Amethyst on her lap.

"Five, turning six on Feb." I answered. She gave a light nod. Both of their eyes are getting droopy.

"Hey let's put you guys on the bed. I'll take the other room, you two need to sleep. It's been a long day, I'm sure you guys are exhausted, specifically you Natasha." Natasha grasped my wrists and flashed a smile.

"Sleep with us."

---

"Mama can you sing?" Amethyst asked after Natasha tucked her in. I let her mother to borrow one of my shirts and pajamas for her to sleep comfortably.

"Yes I can darling, However my voice doesn't sound grea-"

I cut her off, "Liar. Don't believe her Thay, She sang to me before, her voice was great!" Amethyst giggled and begged her mother to sing her a song. "Soooo, will you please sing to us Mommy?" I teased.

Natasha rolled her eyes and mouthed something on me, "You're such an idiot."

"Amethyst what song do you want her to sing?"

"All is found papa!" Amethyst exclaimed and clapped her little hands.

Natasha smiled, "Alright, but after this you'll sleep already okay?" Amethyst nodded. Natasha positioned herself and began singing, at the middle of her song Amethyst had closed her eyes and wrapped her arms on Natasha's torso.

Natasha stopped singing when she noticed that our daughter had fallen asleep, she turned her head to face me. "She's such a sweet lovely kid Steve, I still can't believe that she's mine..."

"You two are my life."

"Are you always this cheesy romantic? I've always known that you're a whipped guy." She joked, laughing silently.

"Yeah yeah, whatever missy." I rolled my eyes on her playfully.

"You're such a gay." Did she just called me 'gay'? Oh Natasha... you may not have your memories but I do.

I leaned in closer to her and I can hear her panting, her cheeks turning red. "W-what are you doinhsjshss--" She didn't finish what she's about to say when I smacked my lips on her. "I told you before... that if you call me gay, I will kiss you..." I paused and caressed her bright red cheeks. "Sleep well my love. Have a peaceful night."

I turned my back on her and flashed a mischievous smile to myself.

Unknown's pov

"Wait hold up! What do you mean Natasha is on Steve's house? Didn't you just told me that she knows about their daughter? Why didn't she stayed away from him?!"

"I don't know okay?! She seems fine with the fact that she has a daughter!" The guy screamed, scaring the later ones.

"Damn it! This can't be happening, this can't be! They need to seperate ways like before! Do you hear me stupid? They can't be together!"

"What shall we do?"

"The child needs to be gone. She's the one connecting them, if we lose her they'll hate each other again."

"Are you saying that...." The guy paused, He knew that this is not going to end well.

"Abduct or kill the child."
