"Mmm mmm" I tried to express my emotions but it came out as muffled noises because of the big hand that was covering my mouth harshly.
"Shh, don't make noises. We don't want to gather unnecessary attention" he said while pressing his hands harder on my mouth. I couldn't help but dug my sharp incisors in his palm there by making him free me in no time. I had other ways to get out of his hold but this was more fun.
"Ouch!"
"What are you doing here Yoongi?" I whisper-yelled at him.
"Most probably the same thing that you are doing" he shrugged.
"And what would that be?"
"Look, I know there's something fishy going on with Daniel and I want to figure it out. Once I go back to the camp, I may not get any more chances. So I'm definitely gonna use this one opportunity I have" he exclaimed. I couldn't argue with him because I had the exact same intentions and motives.
"Okay, so let's not fight this time and work this out together" I tried to cooperate with my rival and it was not easy.
We hid ourselves completely behind the bushes. After strolling for few minutes, the robot guards walked away and the coast was finally clear. We took the opportunity and ran in the castle's direction.
"We did get to the gates but how are we supposed to enter this place?" Yoongi asked while huffing because of all the distance we covered by running. I too was panting heavily. The fact that I was sleepy wasn't helping at all in the situation.
"I know a secret route" I declared as I led him to the old man's chamber.
"And how exactly do you know that?" he asked with suspicion.
"I discovered it when I was lost in the building earlier this morning" I shrugged casually.
I led the both of us to the hole in the wall and pushed the wooden box aside. We entered the premises and luckily the old man was soundly sleeping.
"Don't make any noises" I instructed Yoongi in a whisper as I placed my index finger on my lips.
"Really? I was thinking of participating in a karaoke right here, right now" he sassed thereby making me look stupid. I just gave him an annoyed glare and carried on with my investigation.
"Do you think this is gonna work?" I heard an unfamiliar voice from the neighbouring room. We as quietly as possible sneaked up by the room door and started eavesdropping.
"I am pretty affirmative that my plan is going to work" an elderly man in lab coat spoke up. He had grey hairs, grey beard and an extremely creepy smile as if he had the perfect plan to destroy the whole world. It was quite obvious that he was the famous Daniel.
There was one more man present in the room who was conversing with Daniel. He looked younger and he also wore a coat.
"Next week," Daniel continued talking about his so called 'plan'. "When the ministers from all over the world will come to attend my invitation, I'll use my robot and teen troops to capture them. I'll inject them with the same metal I did to the kids and all of them will soon become my puppets forever. I'm finally close to being the ultimate ruler" Daniel started laughing proudly at his own wicked plan.
"Damn" I immediately covered my mouth as the word left my lips but unfortunately, they had already heard me.
"Who's there?"
