*Hayes's POV*
"FINE YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENED" i asked tired of Hailey bugging me
She sat there and I sat next to her, "he kept saying all this crap"
"About.." she asked waiting for me to continue
"You" i looked into her eyes
"Like what, what could possibly be that bad?" she asked.
"he said I could do better" I murmered, but she heard me.
"oh" is all she could say
"it's so not true though, if anything you don't deserve me" i said trying to cheer her up
"I don't feel to good Hayes, I think im gonna go home." she said
"No Hailey!" i said grabbing her hand and pulling her back, but i couldn't. It was awkward but she eventually turned around and left. I walked over to my balcony and watched as she walked to her house and opened the door. It's during that moment I realized, I didn't want to deal with this anymore. I wanted her to be mine. I wanted to have an excuse when I got jealous, I want to be able to protect her without it being awkward. I then got the idea to text her
Me: look out your window
She relpied quickly
Hails <3: k
I watched as the curtains opened and she opened the door and walked out, I smiled, "come back please" i said
I could see her laugh a little, "tomorrow" she said and then we waved and went back. She was so amazing, i thought to myself.
*Hailey's POV*
"He said that I could do better" hayes said
"oh" i said as my heart sank
he tried to cheer me up but it didn't work, what if he was right, what if hayes does find better and he just leaves me
"i dont feel so good, i'm gonna go home" i said and he tried to stop me as our faces met, it was awkward but evetntually i looked down and grabbed my suitcase and walked home. When i go tupstairs I put my hair in a messy bun and got a text
Hayesiepoo: look out your window
I replied
Me: k
I looked out and he smiled and yelled for me to come back. It made me laugh and I said I would.... tomorrow.
