Making things right.

Jayden PoV
The next day.

I was eating breakfast at the table with dad drinking his coffee and Jake eating cereal.
Jake couldn't even look my way.

Dad:"where the hell is your sister gone now"
Before I could answer Jake looked up and interrupted me.

Jake:"jayden and vanessa got into a fight and she said she isn't sleeping under the same roof as him until he acts right"

Dad let out a small laugh then looked at me.
Jake:"why is this funny to you?"
Dad:"because your sister is so independent and powerful, now jayden what was the fight about"

Me:"well basically-"

Jake:"jayden jumped alejandro with some guys then when Mattia tried stopping it jayden almost fought him aswell"

Dad:"WHAT"
Jayden:"we barely touched him chill"

Jake:"his face was all in blood"

Dad:"jayden why on earth would you do that to them"

Me:"they disrespected my friends"

Dad:"so you go and fight them? Did you forget they'r minors and one of them is dating your sister"

Dad:"I'm so disappointed in you. I didn't raise you like this. You better go over there and apologise to the rosario family"

Me:"I'm not apologising, Vanessa will be back soon"

His work phone started ringing so he quickly got up and grabbed his things.

Dad:"jayden you better get your life together. Find a job and make things right"

He left for work and it was just me and Jake at the table now.

Me:"Jake wtf??"

Jake:"I'm sick of her always being pissed at us, if you didn't realise she isn't with mattia or alejandro and her and lily aren't friends anymore"

Me:"so?"

Jake:"aren't you questioning where she spent the night?"

Jayden:"idk man"

Jake:"get your act right because soon I will tell dad the full truth and you'll be surprised how fast he'll kick you out"

He got up and went to his room.
Fuck hes right.

It's been 2 days and vanessa hasn't showed up to alejandros. I've been watching his house incase she did but she didn't. Mattia was there too so she wasn't at his either. I'm hella worried where she could be.

I need to make things right I'm just fucking my own life up.

I head over to alejandros to apologise and then imma go and tell the boys I'm done with dealing.

Alejandro opens the door.

Mattia:"what the fuck do you want"

Ale:"dude I don't have ur money yet"

Me:"forget bout the money. I'm hella sorry for doing you like that I should've asked for the money and not beat you up. Sorry Mattia for that night aswell"

Mattia:"it's all kool bro"

Alejandro:"I mean I'm pissed that you and your lame friends jumped me but I should've payed up"

Me:"so we good?"

Ale:"of course"

Me:"great now could you guys tell me where vanessa is staying I need to apologise to her too"

Mattia:"what do you mean staying? Isn't she home"

Me:"she said she isn't sleeping under the same roof as me until I make things right so I thought she would be with you guys"

Ale:"we haven't heard from her since that night to be honest"

Me:"it's fine I'll find her and let me know if she does show up here"

We shake hands and I walk back to my car.
I told my friends I'm done with dealing and surprisingly they understood and didn't drop me.

I guess this isn't all bad after all.
I just need to find my sister now.

Vanessas PoV
My phone was full of messages from the boys, Jake,Jayden  and my dad.

The past days I've been staying at my cousins who lives two towns down from where I live. Thank god she let me stay with her or else I would've been on the streets. I didn't wanna stay with mattia and alejandro because that's too close to home and staying with kairi or roshaun would be weird especially without Mattia.

I texted my dad back and then made my way back home.

Claire:"hey waittt my mum said I can go back with you if you want"

Me:"wait really"

Claire:"yesss! Lemme grab some things and we'll be on our way"

I wait for claire(my cousin) in my car while she packs her bags.

Luckily we had no school for 3 weeks so hopefully Claire could come with us to New York soon.

We were finally back, I walked in my house hoping my brother wasn't there yet. I saw dad and hugged him. He let claire stay as long as she wants.

I'm surprised my dad wasn't mad about me leaving the house and staying somewhere else without his permission.

I helped Claire settle into my room then suddenly I felt a cold hand hug me from behind.
