Chapter 7~Down

Hinatas POV

Its been a half hour since we all started doing volleyball practice, boy they are so good! We were all doing some diving drills, receiving practice, and some spiking drills! They even taught me some tips on doing a float serve! I gotta admit, this is way better than Karasuno. We then split up into teams, Davi and I against Maria and João,

"we're gonna win you losers!"

Maria jokingly yelled towards us,

"are you sure about that!"

Davi had spat right back,

"I'm positive!"

She said back in a mighty voice,

"Alright, bet"

I challenged them, i picked up the volleyball to start the first game off, i walked to the back of the court, took a deep breath, then threw it up into the air and successfully struck it with the palm of my hand. It flew over the net, bumped by Maria, it went up to João, i expected Maria to spike it but he did a setters dump, this early in the game!?

"Haha we got the first point suckers!"

About 45 minutes has passed, the points are close, Maria's and Joãos team has match point, João did a float serve, received by me, Davi set it high towards me, i spike it, but only to be blocked.

"Losers!! you're buying us supper tonight!!

João and Maria laughed and started to make fun of us.

"fine! but i promise you, near the end of the 2 months of me staying here i'll for sure win!!"

I proudly said,

"Alright, Alright. But first let's shower and head out to eat, i'm starving!"

"Haha yeah!"

I laughed at Davi, we all continued to head inside, Maria showered first, due to her hair being thick and it drying slower.

About an hour passed, we all had finished dressing up and ready to go,

"When are we goingggg, i'm starving"

Maria complained, i could hear her stomach growling,

"where are we going anyways?"

"Fogo de Chão (it's a brazilian steakhouse, i read that online, please correct me if i'm wrong lol) Davi picked it out! i've never been there before!"

I excitedly answered joão.

Davi picked up his car keys ready to go,

"Lets go, i'll be driving"

"Shotgun!!"

I quickly yelled and ran as fast as i could to the car to beat Maria and João. I sat in the front seat next to Davi, both Maria and João were in the backseat, some time passed and we were pulling up into the parking lot, we all hopped out and headed our way into the restaurant. The waiter showed us to our table, he gave us all plates and left. There was a salad bar, i walked over with my plate in my hand and poured some lettuce onto it, i put some toppings on as well. (it has a salad bar so i assume you can go get salad) I continued to walk back to our table and sat back down, i ate about a quarter of my delicious salad until the waiter came back asking us all what we wanted to drink, we all replied saying water (they all plain) As time passed he came back again bringing us our water we had ordered, he then questioned us what we wanted to eat for supper,

Maria looked down at her menu then back up to the waiter,

"I'll please have the Smoked Salmon"

João answered as soon as Maria was done ordering,

"And i'll have the Beef Ancho"

"I'll be having what he ordered as well"

Davi said while handing the menu to the waiter,

"I'll have the Frango please and thank you"

I smiled, i closed my menu and passed it to the waiter.

About 40 minutes passed and we had gotten our delicious hot food. We all gladly ate it.

"Ahh i'm stuffed!! good choice Davi!"

Maria yelled while holding her stomach.

Once we all finished up eating Davi headed to the front desk to play for the meal. We all headed to the car and i called shotgun again. Time passed and before i know it we are already back at the beach house.

"Hey guys wanna play a few board games!"

"Yeah i'm down!"

I excitedly yelled back at João,

"Let's play Uno!"

"Ooo yeah!"

We all said in agreement, João searched where the board games are placing looking for the game 'Uno.' He found a red deck of cards and new it was Uno, he grabbed it, and walked back towards us so we can start the game. Roughly an hour passed of us yelled 'Pick up 4!!' 'uno reverse!' 'Uno!!' and so on, i've won the most games which made everyone the most mad at me. We were all tired so we decided that we should go to bed. I said my good nights to everyone, i washed my face, then brushed my teeth and hair. I then put on my Pjs, I tiredly slid into bed drifting off.

"wa... u.... hi..."
I heard a bit of what Maria was saying but i wanted to sleep longer.

"Wake up hinataaa!!"

She then poured some cold water onto me causing my to bolt out of bed.

"Haha! anyways go get ready and eat breakfast! we are going to go practice some volleyball outsideeee!!"

"Ugh i'm all wet (ooo kinky *insert lenny face*) because you poured that stupid ice cold water on me!"

"That seems like a you problem"

I groaned and headed to go to the washroom. I got all changed and ready to practice some drills with Maria. I ran downstairs and grabbed a banana and quickly ate it by shoving it in my mouth (Ooo kinky *insert lenny face again*) I quickly ran out to start practicing, Maria and i started to rally back and fourth. She'd spike it for me to receive it back, we would continue doing that for awhile, it gave me memories of when i used to rally with Kageyama like that.

I quickly snapped out of that thought. Soon after we were doing diving drills, she'd spike it for me to dive down low to hit it back up to her. Soon then she spiked it, i ran to receive it, but my ankle tripped and rolled on a rock, i landed terribly on that same ankle causing me to shake, tears soon ran down my eyes.

'ow ow ow ow.'
