Hinata POV
I reached out for the medal door handle to open up to glass doors to the movie theatre (i haven't been to one since covid started) The smell of freshly buttered popcorn filled the air.
Akaashi ended up having to leave, Bokuto was pretty bummed out, somehow kuroo cheered him up. So it ended up being just me, kemna, bokuto, and Kuroo.
"hey! let's play at the arcade!!"
i cheerfully expressed, pointed in the direction of the arcade and playfully jumping on kenmas shoulders.
"great idea! i challenge you in a game of 'air hockey!'"
Kuroo said slyly pointing at bokuto challenging him, he agreed with a smirk, they both raced towards the game.
I pranced to the opening of the arcade, spotting a toy machine, what caught my attention was a fairly small kitten plushy.
"oh oh oh oh look how cute that is kenmaa!"
"yeah"
he said in agreement, i walked off looking at other games around the small arcade attached to the theatre. I came over to watch the two boys battling each other in 'air hockey.' it was a close tie, 3-3, it's the last match, verifying who wins and losses-the winner gets a dollar.
I felt a light tap on my shoulder, i turned around only to see nervous kenma holding the cat plushy from earlier, he was holding it out giving it to me.
"h-here."
"awhhh! kenmaa-kun you didn't need to do this!!"
i ran and embraced him in a tight hug serving no mercy.
"s-shoyo i can't breath"
he coughed out those words,
"ah! sorry!"
i gave him a nice big smile,
I checked the time on my phone, the movie starts in 45minutes,
"hey guys let's go buy our snacks for the movie, it's starting soon!!"
"wait a sec! we're still not done our game!"
a few minutes of yelling and threats later, bokuto won,
"Hey hey hey!"
the two bickered on the way to the snack confessionary, we all ordered some popcorn and pop.

The show started in 10minutes, the ads were playing on the large screen in front of the theatre, about 3/4 of the seats were filled with mostly teenagers and older people, considering it was a horror movie, i had no say of what movie we are watching, i absolutely hate horror.
Out of nowhere a huge bag of buttery popcorn came my way-and fell all over my shirt.
"gah! my shirt! i don't have a jacket to cover this! guysss!"
i kept yelling at the two guilty boys. I could tell they were trying to hold back laughs. I groaned.
until i felt something get placed down on my lap-kenmas hoodie.
"thanks kenma! you truly are a lifesaver!!"
i gave him another tight hug, following i put on his comfy hoodie, so soft.
