Shiga-rockin' Around The Christmas Tree

Izuku was not having a fantastic time. He had to sit through a class filled with 'sympathetic' students giving him looks of pity. Pity he wouldn't have gotten if he was still quirkless, but he digresses. But he can't digress when that same class of sympathetic student decides to elect him as class president to help him 'prove the teacher wrong'. Oh, he's gonna prove the teacher wrong, but the way to do that is NOT by being class president.

Then after being declared the unwilling class president, he was told that after lunch they would have their first heroics class. That on its own is pretty exciting until you realize who the heroics teacher is. Fucking All Might.

And if that wasn't enough he was sitting in the lunchroom listening to Touya rant about the benefits of pistachio ice cream and attempting to hide from Shouto Todoroki. The coward is going to have to face him sometime, but that's not the issue at hand. The issue at hand is the loud alarming that's blaring through the cafeteria and disturbing his snack time.

Upon entering the hallway Izuku saw that everyone was pushing and shoving trying to get out, several kids looked like they were drowning in the crowds of people. Some students were trying to shout over the chaos an others were looking out the window and seeing nothing but media and calming down a bit. The real kicker of the whole event though was the fact that everyone seemed to forget that UA is huge and has MORE THAN ONE EXIT. So Izuku grabbed Touya and high-tailed it to the next closest exit.

The only issue was that the wrist he had grabbed was too cold and too rough to be Touya's. Izuku realized his mistake but wasn't sure if it would be more or less awkward to just drop their wrist, so instead, he just persevered down the hall and hoped the guy he had just grabbed would say something. They did not say anything until they were near the exit.'

"How far are you going to drag me? I was hoping you'd notice I'm not your friend and let go, but now it's just awkward," The guy grumbled. This is the exact scenario he was avoiding.

"I was hoping you'd speak first so I could just pretend I didn't notice I grabbed the wrong person, then we could just laugh and walk away. But given your crusty face and the fact you're not wearing a uniform, I may need to run for my life," Izuku said. He examined the man in front of him. He had ashy blue hair, a black hoodie hiding his figure, and his skin was so dry it was practically chipping off.

"And why aren't you running yet?" The man hummed.

"Curiosity."

"Curiosity killed the cat," The man smirked.

"And knowledge brought it back. You aren't slick. I have another smart ass at home I have to deal with daily," Was sassing a potential villain a good idea? No. But this is UA, so plus ultra.

"I should kill you just for being a snarky asshole," The man spat.

"I don't even know your name. Killing comes after the second date. Manners and all that." Izuku carried on.

"Do you flirt with villains often or do you just want to die?" The man spoke out through gritted teeth. He also started scratching at his neck which was... weird.

"Not typically but I did wink at Endeavor one time. But that wasn't really flirting, I made a giant hole where he was about to step and winked when he was about to fall. It was brilliant actually," Izuku laughed briefly before realization dawned on him and his face dropped, "I am definitely not supposed to be fraternizing with villains."

"What was your first clue? The NPCs running because they think there is a villain invasion, the fact you're in UA, or the fact that there's an intruder alarm directly next to you. An alarm that will get you killed if you try to pull it," The man deadpanned at him.

"Honestly? You'll kill me if I pull it?" Izuku asked, way to excitedly for the villain's comfort.

"Duh. I'm a villain, dipshit."

"Fantastic. I've got a class with All Fuck next and I am not looking forward to it," Izuku smiled and stuck his hand towards the giant red button getting ready to push the yanked his hand back after having another realization, "Tokio would kill me if I died... Okay nevermind. Please don't kill me, villain friend,".

"You don't like All Might?" The guy asked, choosing to ignore every other thing the boy had just said.

"Oh, I hate the guy. The asshole told me I couldn't be a hero, so I've had a vendetta against him since. I even made an All Might hydra doll. But please don't think I'm going to join you, I've got one hell of a point to prove and I'm not going to risk that for some petty villainy,".

Izuku could see that the guy was getting ready to make a rebuttal, but he could also see that the students were getting ready to funnel back into the school, so he decided that it would be a good time to cut this little side quest off.

"Look, Mr.Villain. I'm not joining you and the students are about to come back. I don't particularly want to play hero and try to chase you, so I'm going to push this intruder alarm like the good student I am and you've got 5 seconds to start running before teachers are on their way to my location. I'm only helping you because you just got me an extra day away from All Might, so thanks I guess." Izuku explained and pulled the cover off the alarm, and began counting down.

"I'll let you go now, but the next time you see me you won't make it out this easily. My name's Shigaraki if you ever want switch sides." Shigarakki said and flipped up his hood and started running.

"Can't wait."

And then Izuku pushed the button.
