His reign finally comes to an end

The days turned into weeks, weeks of my dad turning on us showing up uninvited to the house with claims he will get me back, weeks of me crying in my room nonstop waiting for my mom to come back and rescue me from this nightmare turned cold it was always about me and her and now my own dad just wants me for his guilty, twisted pleasure of beating me senseless until I pass out and not giving a care about what happened to me in the morning just to make sure that no one finds out what happened to me but I will be alright the scars will heal but the mental scars are forever and no one should be forced to relive that over and over. Today is the day that outshine hopefully all of my days in that hell with him will finally come to an end today is the court day to finally determine my future and my hopes.

"Well we here today to determine the future of a Bella Alison Smith," As the judge shoots me a glance to know that this will be a long and hard journey but I know and I am willing to go through with this.

The day went on with the judging if he was a good father or not but he was far from a role model last but not least to be on the stand was me let the truth set you free they say but will they only know the truth cuts deeper than a rusty knife

"What is your name?" my dad's lawyer asked ever knowing it was useless to ask but I must answer "Um Bella" I replied

"Is this man your father the one who provided for you and took care of you who provided for you and what not?"

I wanted so bad to expose his lies one by one but I could not I simply replied "Halfway"

He continued badgering me with questions crucial to the case in where he was a coldhearted man who deserves everything in the slightest awful in life but he thinks he can get a fancy high-priced lawyer I did not know we could even afford and everything goes back to normal but it does not I pray to the lord on everything that good and right that he better not get me back because he lost my love for him a long time ago and I will never go back to that awful dark place I fought so hard to get out of. After a long time of hell they finally issued a break and I was free until decision time, I walk outside to see Scarlett. Jackson and Mathew waiting for me to comfort me as this was not easy I ran to Jackson in open arms and a placed a gentle kiss upon his cheek I missed him, I hesitantly hugged Mathew knowing the fact I slept with him I just can't resist him as much as I should, "SOOOOO Bells how are you going," Scarlett asked knowing my answer was not going to be a good one "Well it is hell in a realistic form alright I just wish that it could be different but it is what it is," As I shrugged my shoulders and hugged Jackson thinking it is all one big nightmare until ,"Come on Bella the jury is back," I closed my eyes and thought the worst "Don't worry my love we are all with you let's go," As we all walked to assume my faith.

"In the matter of this custody case between a broken home I can only say one thing really," The judge glares at me like she was reading me prying into my soul and knew what I went through "I see that this home lacks love and the scars on the child prove I am right and you Sir you lack love and I see in staying with these people she is truly happy again I rule that Bella stays where she is until her 18th birthday so she can explore the love she never had as a child, This case is adjourned" Bang! That was it the final word I was free for now but I don't care I am free I ran out the courtroom alive and well for the first time in awhile

"How about we celebrate," I quickly nodded this was the best day in history we left fast enough my dad could not see us and that was it my day is complete my life is coming back together again I could not ask for more except it was all worth it

That night I stayed up happy I couldn't sleep until I felt a light knock at my door "Hey Bells can I come in," Mathew peeped in "Come in Mathew," I smirked as he jumped onto my bed "Look I know you said what went on has to stop but tonight we should celebrate bella what do you say?" As his eyes gazed into mine knowing I wanted him as much as he wanted me right now I crawled next him onto his back and whispered ,"I have been waiting all day for this no noise Mathew" he pinned me down and smirked ,"Never kitten," making me breathless and wanting more of his touch as he kissed me making his way down unbuttoning my shirt and making the night sky as wild as I imagined it was he my true love is he the one I needed but right now we just let the night consume our lust while it consumed my guilt.
