Hell to pay

The night was cold, full of fear and worst of all a never ending nightmare filled with never ending horrors of my nightmare of a childhood I had. The nights of beatings to a man who could have raped me but the thing is he did and no one can ever know he doesn't deserve my tears or my pity my mom I can say she deserves half at least she had the balls to come back even if that meant that she would go to jail and who knows for how long but she is nearly due in a couple of months but that still does not change the fact that she is now putting the baby at risk I wonder if she is even thinking about that baby's future whether she did me wrong hat baby was still my family and this might be overrated at this point but family comes first I guess well yep it is overrated. But today was my turn to tell my story again and this time I gold nothing back I get justice no matter what it I will be victorious they woke up the wrong fucking beast.

The day started off like any other hell filled surprising day, rolling off my bed feet firm on the ground but nearly collapses at the thought my brain fears the most I am seeing my abuser of a father today staring through my soul waiting for me to mess up so he can go free well that's not happening not by a long shot.

"Good morning Princess," As Jackson comes inside and plants a kiss on my forehead and crashes onto my bed, "I know today is a hard day for you princess," As he pulls me onto his lap, shivers were sent down my spine with one touch from him just making me want him even more than I should at this moment, "How about I take your mind off today huh?" His hands on my thighs caressing every inch of my body, "Is that a yes princess?" His low husky voice ringing through my ears I nodded giving him my full attention and permission to do whatever he wanted maybe that was a blessing or a dreadful curse but a curse I enjoyed a little too well, biting my lip I melted into his embrace as he pinned me onto the bed, "I'll be quick Princess don't worry," As he pleased me in every way possible.

"Come on Princess I'll make you breakfast," He smirked and went outside I was still weak so I stayed in bed until he came inside with a tray full of food and placed it onto my lap chuckled under his breathe and went to get ready leaving me in heaven begging for more but then it hit me

Today was hell and they both have to pay for the torture they gave to me over the years and I have to put my game face on. We arrived at the court house with time to spare to meet my lawyer to help me with my statement

"Hey Bells how you feel?" Well I feel like I should die right here and now but I also feel like the world is ending but to be honest I am just fucking tired of this bs, "Oh I am fine," I shift in my spot and keep on my fake smile as we walked through the open doors of the court to see my father in chains on the other side and my mother as weak as she can be she was malnourished so what did that mean for the baby she looked like a ghost tortured by the demons from her past which she feared will never come to light but they did and now look at her its got her fucked up inside.

"All rise," As the judge enters the room fear, nervousness and anger flow out of me they replaced the goddamn judge worry flushes my mothers face something is not right but my dad oh he was peachy alright that bastard. Judge Baily is dads old drinking buddy and trusted friend he would take a freaking bullet for my dad and that is saying a lot he would even help my dad out on bail hell even parole for a crime he deserved but hell more demons to conquer and I will be victorious. Judge Baily takes his chair and gives me a stern look in my eyes yep this is going to be challenge.

The questions they flowed they hurt they were pure evil and the judge himself was condoning this shit I couldn't believe until Jackson squeezed my hand, "Its gonna be ok princess he will rot in the hell hole he deserves," I flashed him a fake smile as I snuggled closer to him trying not too let my tears flow like the river they been trying to burst the banks for the longest while but no I am stronger than that and that's the truth.

"I call to the stand the defendants daughter," Well that was me it was my time again I took a deep breathe and slowly crawled to the witness box things were about to get fucked up

"Tell us Bella," As my dads lawyer took a deep breathe before approaching me more, "Has your father ever taken care of you,?" I looked up in disgust, "No," I paused, "He has abused me multiple times," I smirked at my support in front of me. The judge quickly dismissed what I said and carried on, "So tell us did your mother leave you alone with a man who has biologically been stated as not your father?"

"Yes he has but," No further questions, Anger bubbled inside me, "I would like to say something," The judge nodded at me I rose up in my seat and began, "My dad or so called dad didn't know he was not my dad until after the fact he was arrested for abusing me, Yes what my mom did was wrong but my dad is the true monster and you cannot allow a monster who beats a child his or not to roam free in this world,"

"THAT IS BULL," as my father rose up his eyes red as fire, "ORDER IN MY COURTROOM," as the judge hit the gavel, "That is it for the day we are adjourned for tomorrow and eight in the morning," as he hit the gavel and strutted off into his chambers. I climbed down and ran into Jacksons arms, " How are you my princess," I shrugged and yawned this day too a lot out of me than I thought, "Mathew can you take Bella home we have to go a last minute meeting," Jackson tensed but I kissed his cheek, "It's alright," I whispered and he reluctantly kissed me back and ran off to his parents leaving us two alone, "Come on kitten lets go," I hopped in the car and we drove off.

The ride was silent but I felt Mathew's eyes on me when he thought I wasn't looking finally we reached home, "Im going to bed ok Mathew so goodnight," As I waved and started to make my way upstairs

"You sure you don't want to have fun first kitten," I didn't have to turn around to feel his devilish eyes on me we haven't had fun in awhile I lured him up to my room and he held me against the wall as he was about to remove my shirt, "WE ARE HOME IT WAS A LAST MINUTE THING THEY CANCELLED,"

'Shit" Mathew put his hand over my mouth and said, "I guess we have to continue another time huh," He smirked and kissed me passionately before sneaking to his room leaving me breathless once again

"Hey princess," As Jackson came into my room already wearing his Pjs, "Sleep with you tonight,' I motioned for us to get into bed and he put his strong arms around me and kissed my head I know in this moment I was supposed to be thinking about Jackson but I couldn't stop thinking about Mathew I tried to block Mathew from my mind and soon I drifted off into a long sleep.
