The Dream

Chapter 6

Going home wasn't helping either. I laid on bed and soon happened to sleep.

"Alexis dear...why are you wandering around like this?"
Said a voice behind me.

Wait! A voice? Where am I? Wasn't I just at home?

"Are you wondering where you are?"
There goes the voice again I thought.

I woke up with a sudden start. Oh no! I ended up sleeping. And I had the dream again!!!
But this time. Something hit me.

That voice was definitely Aaron's.
That's why I found it to be so familiar. The thought I had earlier today in college was actually true. So how is he connected to my dream? But if I were to ask him....

"Alexis honey! Come down for dinner please!"
Dinner? What time is it?
I looked over at the clock..it was 8:39 pm.
Wow...I slept through all evening. Well I was going to have to finish my homework for college.
I decided to let the voice go for now and maybe try telling Aaron later and laughing over how stupid that sounded.

Aaron's POV

It was two days since I met Alexis and I was trying so hard to find her because I had the weirdest theory to talk to her about.

Well uh...do you remember the dream I had? That I keep having? Well do you also remember the mystery voice? I had a strong feeling it was Alexis' and that's why her voice was so familiar.

I really wanted to talk to her and tell her about this silly little theory I had and have a nice laugh.

I wonder how amazing her laugh would be. The smile she radiates is already mesmerising.

Ugh..what was I doing? Why was I thinking so much of Alexis?? I never ever thought about how cute a girl's smile was.
Well whatever it was. I was determined to find her today and talk to her at any cost and let it all out of my system.
Ever since I thought about my dream being connected to a girl I just met it was haunting me. I just had to let it out of my head!

"Hey Cross! Come on join us and play! What are u standing there like a little girl for? Are u too scared you'll trip and fall?"
My football team was shouting at me.
Darn..I was too caught up on thinking about Alexis I didn't realize I was just standing there on the field looking like an absolute idiot.
What was Alexis doing to me?
