I wake up, ready to leave on a boat. I walk to Clem's room, she is not there. Lee was also gone.
Y/N: Clem?
I start looking around the house.
Y/N: Clem?!
I was starting to panic.
Y/N: CLEM?! CLEMENTINE!!!!! LEE?!!
I see Kenny, Ben, Omid, and Christa also looking for them.
Kenny: Where the hell are they?!
Ben: I don't know
Omid: Lets look outside.
We go outside.
Christa: Lee? Lee? You out here? Lee?
We see Lee outside our fence. just standing on the sidewalk.
Y/N: Lee what are you doing out here? It ain't safe.
Omid: Clem's not in her room.
Kenny: What the hell is going on?!
Lee was holding Clem's hat. Which worried me. We noticed blood on her hat. Which scared me.
Christa: Who's blood is that.
Lee: It's mine.
He turns around, revealing a bite mark on his wrist. I felt tears forming in my eyes.
Y/N: No. NO!
Christa: Oh my god.
Kenny: No way. No. No fucking way.
Lee: There's no time to worry about me. Clementine's gone.
Y/N: WHAT?!
Omid: There's no chance she just wandered off on her own?
Lee: No. No way.
Kenny: Then who the hell took her?
Lee: I don't know. Last night Vernon came to me and offered to take her with him. Said she'd be better off.
Y/N: Son of a bitch!
Kenny: I knew we couldn't trust that fucker.
Lee: I have to find her.
Christa: What do you want us to do?
Lee: I think we have a better chance at finding her if we go together. Who wants to?
Christa: We're all responsible for Clementine. And in your condition, you may not make it to her in time. She needs our help.
Omid: Damn right. We can't let you do this alone.
Lee then looks at Kenny.
Kenny: You've always been there for me, Lee. Always had my back when it mattered. What kind of friend would I be if I wasn't there for you now? Bitten or not, I'm with you to the end. You can count on me.
Lee then looks at Ben.
Kenny: Wait Lee, you are not thinking about bringing him are you?
Lee: I want Ben to stay with the boat.
Lee then looks at me.
Y/N: Clementine is my best friend. My bestest friend. No, the GREATEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. I would do anything to keep her safe. I already lost to much people. If I lost Clem, I would not know what to do. You don't need to look at me like that Lee. You KNOW I have your back.
Lee then smiles.
Lee: Okay guys. Let's go.
Kenny turns to Ben.
Kenny: If anything happens to this boat when we come back!
We then started walking.
Timeskip
We walked to the morgue where Lee met Vernon.
Lee: Vernon! Get out here! There doesn't have to be any trouble here, all I want is the girl! Give her back and nobody needs to get hurt!
Lee then leaned on one of the tables worried. I was too. Clem feared for my life. Now here I am fearing for hers. Kenny put his hand on my shoulder.
Kenny: Don't worry Y/N. We WILL find her.
Y/N: I hope you are right.
Then we heard the radio turn on.
Clementine: Lee?
Lee quickly picked up.
Lee: Clementine! Are you all right? Where are you?
No response.
Lee: Vernon, you son of a bitch.
???: Hello, Lee.
Lee: Vernon, put Clementine back on, I want to talk to her!
???: This isn't Vernon. And you should really watch your tone. Clementine's fine. But if I were you, I'd choose my next words VERY carefully.
