I opened my car and walked into the hospital, passing a gift shop so I stopped and grabbed Kat a get well soon card and a boutique of flowers for Sam to give her.
I got their food and myself a coffee and started walking to the room Kat was staying in when a girl wearing Colbys merch ran over to me, please do not be the same girl from yesterday, "Are you Y/n?" She asked with a big smile on her face as she bounced up and down in excitement, I nodded "Yep that's me, what is your name?" I stepped over to the side of the hallway so I wasn't blocking anyone "My name is Lisa, I just wanted to say that I love you and I think you are so pretty, and I ship you and Colby" she pulled her phone out of her back pocket and unlocked it before looking back up at me "Could I maybe get a picture with you?" she held her phone closer to me before smiling nervously "Yes of course!" Joy filled my body as this was the first type of fan I had ever had. We took 5 selfies together and asked a stranger to take another. "Thank you so much, I'm your biggest fan" she smiled at me before I opened my arms as her eyes sparked with happiness as she threw herself into my arms wrapping herself around me, tears crept to my eyes because of how sweet she was I quickly wiped away my falling tear as she unwrapped her arms from around me "do you want to take a selfie with me for my Instagram? I can tag and follow you?" He jaw dropped and her eyes shone with joy "really?" She started jumping up and down again "yeah come here" she came and stood by my side as I leant down to her height as we took a nice selfie and then a funny one, "what's your name of Instagram?" I asked as I opened Instagram "Lisa_xplr_123224" I searched the name and started following her before tagging her in my post and posting it "thank you so much I love you so much, hey you should release merch" I raised my eyebrow maybe I should but not right now I'm not popular enough and with Kat being ill "possibly, I'll make you a deal if I ever make merch I'll message you on Instagram and you can have 2-3 for free" I winked at her as she started happy crying which warmed my heart she nodded as tears rolled down her face "well Lisa I must go before this food gets cold but you are so sweet and I'll tell Colby all about you, bye" we both walked off in opposite directions.
I opened the door to Kat's room to see Kat sat up making tiktoks "there's no stopping you with tiktoks is there" I laughed as I let the door behind me close. I walked over and placed the bag of food on the tray and sat down on one side of Kat's bed, I looked around the room and noticed Sam wasn't there "where's Sam?" I asked taking a sip of my coffee, "he's in the toilet" the bathroom door opened to see Sam standing there "hey y/n" he said walking towards me with his arms open, I stood up and walked into his hug.
We all sat down and ate our food when we heard a knock on the door, we all turned to face the door as Dr.Brown walked in.
Sam and I stood up and walked over to greet him, "great to see you again y/n" he said as he shook my hand "you too Dr" he walked in and shut the door behind him "but I'm afraid you may have to sit down" Sam and I looked at each other before returning to our seats. Dr.Brown stood at the bottom of Kat's bed "I'm afraid there's bad news..."
