We were walking down one of the big expansive hallways of the Dawn Court heading to interrogations when Seonghwa eyed me with a weird expression. He looked down at me, brows furrowed as I glanced up to him before looking away. Today he wore a white and gold attire similar to what he'd worn the previous days. It was quite surprising when I'd opened the door to seeing him wear that as I'd picked out a golden suit to wear myself.

"What are you doing?" Seonghwa asked, legitimately confused at my action.

I turned to look up into his confused dark golden eyes as I played a look of innocence.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

That's when he pointed at my two arms that were wrapped around his one arm at his side.

That was my turn to furrow my eyebrows, "You were the one that offered your arm."

A small chuckle left his lips, though his confusion was still there, "I did but... a more formal manner would be preferred."

"Right right," I immediately removed one of my hands from his arm before bowing, "My apologies."

Seonghwa nodded before muttering, "Thank you."

The silence drifted on as we walked a little bit further. That's when I inched the hand of my arm that was still wrapped around Seonghwa's down to his hand. I barely touched it before he pulled away furrowing his eyebrows in a suspicious look.

"What are you doing, Star?" he asked in a low voice.

I hummed as I looked over to him, once again acting as if nothing was the matter, "What do you mean?"

He seemed to hesitate, still glaring as he licked his lips before responding, "You've never been this clingy before."

I couldn't stop myself from bending over and coughing at his words. I felt offended by what he said as I glared back up at him.

"What do you mean clingy?" I scoffed.

Seonghwa raised his eyebrows gesturing to my arm, "Well, that is what you appeared to look like."

"Okay, I understand," I sighed in agitation as I removed my arm from his.

"What were you trying to do, Star?" Seonghwa asked again.

That's when I finally gave into the truth.

I hesitated before responding, "I was trying to see if I could fall asleep."

As the twilight dragged on last night, I couldn't help but wonder what it would've been like to sleep for those hours I'd spent wandering around the room. Of course, I still didn't know why I saw Wooyoung when I closed my eyes, but that couldn't stop me from being drawn to having a peaceful slumber. I was curious as well to why I even saw him. I wanted to know and I knew the answer lies somewhere within Seonghwa. I was determined to figure out what that answer was.
