Chapter 27

Isabell's POV
We finished the house tour and it was perfect. Dani and I decided that we would share a room because we didn't mind. Since we were sharing the other girls agreed on letting us have the biggest room which we found out had its own full master bathroom and a balcony that over looked the ocean.
Lauren signed the papers for the house since she was 20 and the oldest. As we were leaving Bob pulled me aside and asked me if I would like to sign to Chicago Records.
"Uhm, I- I would love to but I'm going to need some time to think about it" I said because well I still have stage freight. I mean I was barely able to sing in front of the girls/guys at Magcon
"Thats totally fine Ms.Wilkinson, I understand. Heres my card. Give me a call when you've made your decision, take your time." he said with a smile and walked away. The girls came down and we all went home to pack our things because we wanted to move into our house as soon as possible and I wanted to get away from anything that reminded me of Shawn as soon as possible because our rooms were right next door. No Isabell. Stop thinking about him. He loves somebody else now, thats not you. But you want it to be. NO. STOP IT.
"Isabell, are you okay ?" I hear Dani ask me as she waved her hand in front of my face.
"Huh, oh yeah. Yeah i'm fine" I amswered
"You don't sound to sure about that" she said looking concerned
"Yeah, I was just thinking about things and I zoned out"
"Okay, well the lights green"
I shook my head to clear my thoughts and I continued driving. All the girls were having fun and laughing and I just stayed quiet. This isn't like me, why am I letting him take over my whole life. He doesn't love me anymore. Everything he said was a lie. He told not to worry about Laur. He told she was nobody and look at them now. They are fucking dating for crying out loud. He never loved me, at all. I was just his way to make Laur jealous so she could like him back.
We got to the Magcon house and everybody was doing some weird ass shit in the living room and when we walked in we got sprayed with silly string. All they girls started screaming and went after them but I just sighed and wet upstairs to pack my things. Why is he having this effect on me ? He's making fucking depressed, what the hell is happening to me? I let a tear fall but quickly wiped it away as I packed my clothes in my suitcase and somebody walked in.
"Hey whats up with you ? You've been acting weird since we got in the car" it was Dani. She knew me a little too well. Probably more than I knew myself.
"I'll give you three guesses but you'll only need one" I said not looking at her and continued to pack.
"shawn ?" She asked while sighing
"Ding ding ding ! We gave a winner" i said with whole lot of sarcasm
"What happened ? What did he do this time" she asked sitting on the bed
"Well..." I was interrupted by my phone ringing. I pulled it out of my pocket and
"Speak of the devil" i said while rolling my eyes.
"Put it on speaker" Dani said so I did as I was told
"What the hell do you want" I answered
"Well hello to you too" he said and you could hear the laughter
"What the hell do you want" I said again
"Well somebody's on their period" he said and Dani's mouth dropped
she mouth "give him attitude"
"Shawn I swear to god if you don't fucking tell me what the fuck you want in the next 10 seconds I will hang up. And i'm not on my damn period you fucking asshole" i said getting angier
"Okay sorry, shit. I just wanted to call and tell you that i'm coming home next week our tour ended early and I'm bringing Laur. I was wondering If she could stay in your room while she's visting"
"Oh fuck no" Dani said
"What was that ?" Shawn said
"That was Dani, and no she cant stat in my room because I as well as Lox, no longer live in the Magcon house anymore." I said
"GOOD LUCK FINDING A PLACE FOR YOUR LITTLE SLUT TO STAY" Dani yelled
It took so much for me not to laugh but I managed
"DANI" i yelled and smiled since he couldn't see me and I mouthed
'I love you' and she started laughing
"Okay first of all she's not a slut she's my girlfriend and I love her and second why don't you guys live there anymore" he said and I can see him rolling his eyes
"thats what you told me a look what happened" i mumbled
"Excuse me ?" He said"
"Nothing. and first of all I don't care where the hell she stays and second of all its none of your business." I said and Helen, Lauren, Jenn, Arden and Andrea all walked in
"Are you finished packing yet ?" Andrea practically yelled walking into my room
My eyes went wide and i mouthed "SHUT THE FUCK UP" but shawn heard her
"Oh you guys moved out ? Can Laur stay with you then because I don't want her staying in a house full of horny guys trying to get at her" he said and Dani laughed
"Whos Laur" Jenn whsipered
And Dani whispered back "his slut of a girlfriend"
"So is it okay" he asked again
"Its not up to me the house is in Lauren's name its up to her. Lauren ?"
Dani grabbed my phone and put it on mute so he couldn't hear her
"SAY NO. DONT FUCKING TELL HIM YES" She yelled and handed me my phone back and I unmuted it
"Uhh Lauren what do you say" i say smiling
"FUCK NO. WHAT DO YOU THINK WE'RE RUNNING SOME HOMELESS SHELTER ? FIND YA OWN DAMN PLACE FO YA SLUT TO STAY" she yelled and took my phone and hung up as we all started laughing our asses off
"So are you ready or not" Andrea said still laughing
"Almost I need to pack my shoes and take off my blankets on my bed and I'm done." I smiled as they helped me pack my things
"Hey the moving trucks outside so we can take you're bed and dresser down now then we can help Dani finish" Arden said
We all said okay and took Lox's, and my suitcases down to the car and put them in the trunk. Then we went back inside and got the guys to help bring me dresser down. Once we hand mine and Lox's things in the truck we went to get Helen's things and got them loaded in the truck and finally finished Dani's packing.
I told the girls to meet me downstairs and that i'd be down in a minute.
I went into my room and into the bathroom and grabbed the clothes I stole from Shawn when we were together and took them to his room. I set them on his bed a wrote him a little note.

Dear Shawn,
Here are all your clothes back that I stole from you when we were dating. Don't worry you'll never see me again. Ever. I just want you to know that I left because I couldn't stand being near someone who made me so happy at one point then all of the sudden changed and made me depressed. Thanks for that by the way. But I just want to know one thing. Why did you lie to me ? You know why would you lie to me and say you loved me when you obviously never did. I thought you were different Shawn, I really did. But it turns out you are just like the rest of the guys in this world. I hope you have a nice life Shawn Mendes and I hope you know you've made me one depressed mother fucker :)

I set the note on top of his clothes and walked out of the room closing the door behind me. I went downstairs and they girls stood up and said goodbye to everyone and so did I.
We left and the moving truck followed us and we were there in 25 minutes.
I know what you're thinking 'how did you just move into a house you just bought that day?' Well you see Bob, the owner already had his new house and said we were able to move in today if we would like and so we did. Plus I couldn't stay at the house any longer.

*1 week later*

Lauren ordered pizza for dinner and as we were eating I decided to tell them about what happened
"So guys I kinda have some big news" I spoke up
"Spill it" Andrea said
"Are you pregnant" Jenn asked and we all started laughing
"No I'm not pregnant you asshole" i said laughing
"Well, when we were looking at the house, Bob, the owner pulled me aside and told me he's heard me sing and offered me a record deal" i said trying to stay casual
"WHAT !? OH MY GOD" they all said at the same time
"DID YOU ACCEPT" Dani asked
"Sorta. I said i'd think about it. But I think I'm gonna do it."I said
They all started cheering and told me I better accept it.
I thought about it while I was eating and I cleaned up the kitchen after we were all done. After I finished cleaning, I went into the living room and sat on the couch and posted a new vine and tweeted the link.
I was scrolling through my timeline and saw Shawn's tweet
"@ShawnMendes: Why do you continue to post vines you cant even sing" wow okay.
I retweeted it and responded back
"@IsabellCayla: Hey @ShawnMendes stop being so immature. If you are going to talk shit at least @ me next time."
I think i've made my decision.
I get up and go upstairs to my room and see Dani's laying on her bed on her phone and I start looking for the card Bob gave me so i could call him but I cant find it
"Where the fuck is it" I say and Dani looks at me
"What are you looking for ?" She asked but I just ignored her
"FOUND IT" i say getting up off the floor.
"Who are you talking to" I asked noticing she was face timing someone
"Alissa. Do you want to talk to her" she said
"Hey Alissa, wish I could talk but gotta go love you" I said and ran out of the room and into the kitchen.
I dialed the number and a lady answered the phone
"Hello, Chicago Records this is Charlie Rose, How may I help you" the lady said. Awe she sounds so sweet
"Yes hello, this is Isabell Wilkinson." I said
"Awe yes Bob has been waiting for your call" Charlie said
"Really ? Thats great. I was just calling to accept the offer. I'll do it" i said smiling
"Great ! Are you available this weekend" she asked
"Yes I am" i told her
"Okay, we are going to fly you down here to Chicago to sign some papers and make it offical." she said
"Perfect" i said
"Okay I just booked you a flight for Friday morning at 11 is that okay ?"
"Thats perfect. I'll see you then. Thank you so much"
"No thank you. I'll see you soon Ms.Wilkinson goodbye"
"See you soon bye"
I tweeted
"@IsabellCayla: Big news coming soon !!! So stoked 😆 I wish I could tell you right now" And I locked my phone, and looked up and all the girls were standing in the kitchen now.
"You did not just do what I think you did" Arden says
I bit my lip, nodded and said "But I did" and smiled like crazy as they all congratulated me and asked me tons of questions and I told them everything and how I was leaving Friday morning and it was Wednesday so i needed to pack. I decided to wait and tell the guys till after I come back and told the girls to keep it secret.
We all watched movies till it was around 1 and we went to bed and for once in a long time, I went to sleep truly happy.
