Chapter 37

Jacks POV
I run outside and soon stop pretending I'm tired
"ooo, someones out of shape" Isabell says poking my neck
I look over at Dani and she gives me a nod. I nod back giving her the signal and she takes out her phone to text Sammy.
"Ooh shoot" I say out sighing
"Whats the matter" Isabell asks
"I think I left my phone in the gym" I say and Isabell hops off my back
"Lets go get it" she says running in almost tripping over her slides doing so.
"Time to get rid of her" I say with an evil smirk looking at Dani as she goes wide eyed
"Kidding.. but come on" I say laughing and walking back inside
I get inside and see Isabell standing there with her hand over her mouth shocked.
Isabell's POV
I run back into the gym almost face planting because I'm wearing slides. I walk into the gym and I was immediately taken back when I see 11 boys and 6 girls standing in the middle of the gym holding a huge poster that reads
'Isabell Cayla Wilkinson, I love you. I have since I first laid eyes on you -Jack'
I turn around and Jack stands behind me with a huge smile on his face and tosses me a volleyball.
I look on it and read it as Jack speaks the words to me
"I'd KILL for you to go out with me, I think you would really DIG it, you could really SET me up if you said yes. I'm hoping this volleyball will ACE the deal so I can call you MINE" I feel the tears in my eyes as I look up at him
"Jack" I whisper
"So will you Isabell Wilkinson please be my wonderful girlfriend so I can officially show you off to the world to let everybody in the world know you are mine and only mine and that I am yours and only yours" he adds
I nod trying not to cry not able to speak. His smile become even bigger if thats even possible.
Jacks POV
I smile even bigger than I was before and she runs up to me jumping in my arms wrapping her legs around my waist as I hold her by the back of her thighs she wraps her arms around my neck
"Yes" she says her voice muffled because her face was buried in my neck. The guys and girls cheered and congratulated us as the girls came over and said "its about time you out a date on it" Andrea says to us
Isabell jumped down and looked me in the eyes as I cupped her face with my hands and gave her the most meaningful kiss ever.
"I cant believe it actually happened like this" Isabell said smiling looking around the gym
"What ?" I asked her
"Ever since I was in middle school I've always dreamed about being asked out volleyball style. Its stupid but to a girl who lives, eats, sleeps, talks, and shits volleyball its like winning the lottery" She said making me laugh
"You shit volleyball" i ask laughing
"You know what I mean" she said punching my arm and smiling and taking my hand in hers
"You love holding my hand don't you" I ask
"Shut it Gilinsky" she said raising and eyebrow as I put my free hand up in surrender
"Well if it helps I love holding you" I said looking down
"You're s'cute" she says poking my cheek
"What Happens Now..." She asks as I pull her closer to my side and wrap my arm around her as she looks at the poster
"How about we go get some Taco Bell ? You must be hungry after playing your heart out on this court" I say to her
She looks at me and her eyes get wide and so does her smile. God I love when she smiles
"Lets go !" She said rolling the poster up and grabbing the ball an her bag. She put the ball in her bag and jumps on my back again and I run out into the parking lot going to my Jeep
"Wait.. How'd you get your jeep ?" She asked
"Well everyone knew about my little plan for tonight sooo I asked Dani to use her car to go back and get the stuff while you guys were at practice. I left when you were to focused on playing so you wouldn't notice my absence. I went back to my place and got the poster and ball and told the guys to meet me a the gym. I went back to your place to tell the girls and Lauren drove Dani's car back and I brought mine so I could take you out to Taco Bell since I know how much you love it" I explain as we drove to Taco Bell. I stop as a red light and turn my head towards her
"You went through all of that trouble for me ?" She asked surprised
"Of course. I didn't consider it trouble though because I was doing it for one of the most important girls in my life" I say mad turn back so I could continue driving
"Who are the other girls" she asks
"My mom and two sisters. Why did someone get jealous" i ask
"Me jealous ? Pffff.. nooo" she said as I held her hand and she smiled at me as we pulled into the parking lot at taco bell.
We walk in and she looks at the menu
"Can I get a #9" she asks looking up at me
"You can have whatever you want" I tell her
We walk up to the lady and tell her our order and we got sit down till they call our number. About 5 minutes later we got our food and we ate and talked and laughed and I just couldn't help but smile like an idiot because I finally had her. She was mine and only mine. I could show her off to the world as mu girlfriend and I just cant believe how luck I am to have her in my life. And I'm loving every moment I am with her. I think its safe to say i'm whipped and its only the beginning I cant wait to see what happens now
