(Pretend they met each other's parents and Jahseh knows not to do anything with her they her parents wouldn't approve of.

It was around 8:00pm
My dad was drinking again so he was yelling and was just pissed. Whenever my dad gets drunk he tends to think of things that made him mad so he get even more mad. He also create fake and false scenarios in his head. My dad never puts his hands on me or my mom so she always stays with him but I'm tired of him getting drunk every other day. Also my mom assumed that I felt a certain type of way about Jahseh and her assumption was correct. My dad was there when I confirmed it so he knew too.
"Imma let you know if that nigga plays witcho heart Imma take his life" he yells
"Can you stop" I cried. I didn't want to imagine loosing Jahseh that way
"No nigga is gonna play wit my baby" he yells
"She doesn't want to hear you talk about him like that......she obviously feels for him so why are you saying that" my mom yelled back at him. They continued yelling at each other. I went up to my room in tears. I texted Jahseh

I got dressed and we had school the next day so I was going to spend the night there, go to school and then come back home. My keys were on the kitchen table. I went for downstairs to get them.
"Where you goin?" My dad asks
"Away from this" I respond
"I said where are you going" he says
"I'm going to Jahseh's" I say with an attitude. That pissed him off.
" make sure you go to school on time okay?" My mom says
I nod my head.
"You just gon let him take my baby away like that?" My dad asks my mom
"He's not taking her away.....he's just removing her from this" she replied

I packed my clothes for school tomorrow in my school backpack. I continued to shake as my dads yelling boomed through the house. My phone did the tweet it did when I would get a text. I seen Jahseh texted me.

I didn't open it because I seen the text on my lock screen. I said bye to my parents and walked out the door. I got in Jahseh's car with shaky breath.
"Hey Seh" I greet him
"You good mama?" He asks
"Yeah I'm fine" I reply. He then starts to drive off and I look out the window as tears streamed down my face.

We made it back to his house and went inside.
"I have a couch in my room. I can sleep on there and you can sleep in my bed" he says
"Don't you wanna sleep in your own bed" I asked
"Nah. You can sleep in it." He assured me
"And your parents wouldn't approve of me sleeping with you so..." he shrugged his shoulders. I just nodded. He led me to his room. We were sitting on his bed when I just broke down.
"It's okay mama" Jahseh comforts me
"I just don't know why he won't stop drinking and just be a normal dad" I cried
"I don't think we will ever know why he won't stop but, I'm here for you" he says
I gave him a weak smile.
"Thanks Seh" I say
"I-I love you" he says. I looked at him in shock because he's never said those words before.
"You do?" I asked
"Yes. SO MUCH" he says
"I love you too Seh" I say making him smile.
He wiped my tears and pulled me in for a hug. He wrapped his arms around my neck as I wrapped my arms around his back. He leaned back so we were laying down. He released one of his arms from me. He brushed his fingertips against my back repeatedly as I fell asleep.

I was sleep for about 15 minutes when I felt Jahseh moving around. He lifted my head up a little because I was basically using his arm as a pillow. He removed his arm from under me and gently placed my head on a pillow. He went to the bathroom and did his business. He came out. Got a blanket and layed it across the couch in his room. He then came back to me and grabbed my foot removing my shoes. He chuckled a little seeing I had on spongebob socks. He pulled his comforter over my body and turned off the lights and with that I was out again.
