Chapter 174

Forest Camp

Izuku decided to take another nap, he needed the rest and there was no point in pushing himself further now. Laying back down on his bed he closed his eyes and fell back to sleep.
Izuku opened his eyes to see an empty plane of existence, he looked around expecting to see Tenshi but instead he saw a man with long hair. He was facing away but then turned to look at Izuku
Man: Finally we get a chance to talk
Izuku: Who are you
Man: I am the original user of One For All
Izuku: Okay, so why are you here
Man: I wanted to understand you, you joined the side of evil but you are not evil, you turn against heroes but you aren't driven by corruption or evil.
Izuku: I do what needs to be done, the heroes and the people who adore them all look down on the quirkless and when your power is beyond them they treat you like trash. My mentor is supposed to be a symbol of peace but he only uses me so he can defeat All For One and then he killed my mother, why should I help heroes
Man: I... When I was alive my brother was like you before his desire for control took over him, I understand you but still you are the current owner of One For All, once All For One is done with you he will dispose of your and take away One For All
Izuku: You don't have to worry about that
Man: You may have the power to stop All For One but you will lose what you have strived for
Izuku: I am not going to lose anything, infact I have everything figured out, just you wait...
Izuku was woken up by Shoto
Shoto; Izuku what were you muttering about
Izuku: Ummm I... I...
Shoto: *sigh* I guess it's none of my business, I came to tell you everyone is back and safe
Izuku: That's good
Shoto: You really overslept it's already close to sunset
Izuku froze, the plan was taking place soon and he overslept, Izuku sat up in the bed
Izuku: Yeah I'll be right there, you can go on ahead
Shoto: *turns around* Don't take to long
Izuku thought back to his conversation with the first holder of One For All, he was really doing the right thing. He knew he couldn't turn back now, soon the sun would set soon and that it would either destroy or strengthen his resolve.
