Cypheria 29 : Changes

Ashi:

“What did you say?”

“I said I'm sorry.” Raven said while looking down.

“For what?” I asked, making him snap his head at me. He looked at me in disbelief before sighing.

“Are you for real right now?” He frustratedly asked.

“What?” I asked, shocked. “I'm asking you because there's no reason for you to be sorry.”

His mouth fell agape and before he could utter a word, I continued talking.

“If you're apologizing about the punishment, then don't. Like what you said,  ‘A rule is a rule’— and it can't be broken.” I pointed out, making him sigh and ruffle his hair.

“If that's all, then can you leave?  I have to clean the room before I go out.” I pointed out and turned my head away from him.

“Look, I'm sorry okay?” He softly said, making me sigh and shook my head.

“As I said, stop saying sorry if it's abo–”

“I'm sorry not because of the punishment.” He said, “But because I didn't listen.”

“Finally....” I muttered. “Well, go now.” I said and he gazed up at me.

“Go now. I accept your apology, madami pa tayong gagawin.” I said with a smile. “I hope we form a great friendship.”

He nodded smiled a little.

“I hope too.” He said, and walked towards the door.

“You're doing a great job. I can't wait to have a special bond with you, just like what I have with King before.” He muttered and left.

That's when I continued cleaning up the mess.

Everyone was going in and out the with canteen door.

I'm looking at my notepad, sketching things while eating food. I'm trying to lost down the things we'll need.

Kaalis ko lang sa dorm. We already finished cutting the names. They shoved me out the dorm, para pumunta dito sa canteen.

They said that I should go here. Dito daw ako mag-isip. Habang sila'y gagawin yung mga task the binigay ko.

“Boo!”

“'Nak ng!” I gasped and glared at the person responsible for my sudden outburst. “Xavier! Ano ba!”

All he did was smile cheekily at me. He walked closer before pinching my cheeks.

“Chill,” He said because I shoved his hand away from my cheeks. All I did is scoffed before eating my food again.

Xavier had been somewhat different. He is slowly opening up and I could see him being more energetic.

“Can you stop staring at me?” I asked, dahil kanina pa sya naka tingin sa'kin.

Tumaas ang kilay nya and he placed his hand on his chest. He gave off a shock expression, while looking at me.

“I said stop staring at me.” I said, and his face gave off a much more exaggerating expression.

“What?!” He exaggerated, making me raise my brow.

He became more playful and out going too.

“What's the purpose of having eyes if I can't stare at someone beautiful.” He said and stared at me. “Like you,”

I can't help but to hide my smile. Palagi nalang din nya 'kong sinosopresa sa mga sinasabi nya.
