Was He Better? 💦

Jungkook stood there with Tae in his arms ,staring fondly at the confident omega, smiling so wide that his eyes almost disappeared into his cheeks.

"I guess you facing your alpha turned out better than you expected huh Tae?" Namjoon sneered, he thought back to when a saddened Tae came to Jin with a question about rejecting your mate.

Hoseok was only standing there in disbelief. He tried mating Tae. HE TRIED MATING TAEHYUNG. He was fixed on fiddling with his fingers not daring to look up at his dear friend, they had become close after Hoseok found his mate and began taking others more seriously. Hobi had become an important part of Taehyung's life, the alpha easily made Tae's days brighter when even the clouds seemed gloomy.

"Hyung you know i forgave you a long time ago right?" Tae was now standing in front of Hoseok taking the alpha's hands in his own.

Hoseok nodded aware of Tae's decision to still keep him around despite the alpha's foolishness, "I'm still deeply sorry Tae, i have no excuse for what i tried doing. I shouldn't have-"

Tae squeezed Hoseok's hands forcing the alpha to look up at the omega. "I didn't mean to keep it a secret for long, just until i knew i could trust you." Tae confessed. "I trust you hyung." He beamed.

The words filling Hoseok with warmth. "Thank you Tae." The alpha, still remorseful, only half heartedly smiled. He didn't deserve forgiveness, not from Tae, but he was eternally grateful to him for being a part of his growth as a person and allowing him to continue in his life. He'd do better for his mate and Tae, his friends, and his family.

"That's enough holding hands." Jungkook grumbled. "I'm getting jealous."

"Well suck it up, you don't even deserve Tae." Jimin sassed rolling his eyes.

"Right?" Yoongi chimed in teasing the true alpha.

"To think you were so kind when i came in here as a customer with money to spend." Jungkook retorted making sure to emphasize 'money'. Jimin stuck his tounge out and scrunched his nose up at the alpha.

Taehyung loved this, it was something he could definitely get used to. Seeing his alpha dally with his brother and his friends made the omega feel whole.

It was a long day, and everyone was ready to head back home except Jungkook and Tae, who wanted to spend more time together. The weekend was coming up anyway, so they wouldn't have to wake up early the next morning. Yoongi knew Tae was safe with Jungkook, there was no objection from his side. They headed to Jungkook's house, his parents were on a business trip, Namjoon was going to spend the night at Jin's, and Hoseok was going to eat out he needed some time to reflect.

The alpha still felt desire towards Tae, the howl and the strong arousal scent from earlier had a lasting impact on Jungkook and he wanted to know why his mate's scent was slightly intertwined with Jimin's.

As they entered Jungkook's house it was silent, Tae taken aback by all the scents in the home, the aromas strong, all blending together, all from true alphas. It had an effect on Tae.

"Would you like some water?" The alpha offered leading Tae into the kitchen. "Any snacks?"

Tae saw Jungkook licking his bottom lip as he finished speaking, he could sense the alpha slowly releasing more and more of his fragrance. "How about you show me where the ferocious Jungkook sleeps?" The omega teased.

Jungkook smirked he liked this side of Tae, one that the omega was beginning to uncover. The alpha took the omega's hand and intertwined their fingers, he led the omega up a flight of stairs.
