Too Late

Yoongi POV

In front of me stood an aggravated true alpha who was growling at me for a wounded omega in heat that was calling for him, i wouldn't take any chances. I rested the wounded omega back on a wall and stepped away, the true alpha took his wolf form and turned his attention to my brother and Jungkook. I won't let him hurt Tae.

I saw Jungkook turn back into his wolf and i followed, i could still see the omega's blood in between Guk's sharp teeth. Taehyung was calmly standing behind Jungkook, did he really trust his mate with his life? What if he couldn't protect him? The other alpha is bigger. Does he think his pheromones are under enough control to get him out of this?

The smirk on my brother's face was terrifying, was he enjoying this? "If you don't stand down, I'll have you taste the blood of the omega you're trying to protect." My little brother called out to the growling true alpha.

As soon as i turned my attention to Taehyung, the true alpha leaped towards Jungkook it all happened in the blink of an eye. The true alpha missed Jungkook's neck, who evaded the other alpha's open jaw, the attacker was now under Guk. Jungkook was now mauling on the other true alpha's neck thrashing wildly, all anyone could hear in the restroom were the loud echoes of the true alpha whimpering and whining.

Tae only stood there watching almost pleased at the sight of Jungkook hurting someone else, a true alpha who was only trying to protect an omega in heat. This isn't like him.

I lunged at Guk and took his ear into my jaws i bit down hard enough for him to let go of the other alpha. He growled at me and i stood between him and the hurt alpha. I began growling.

'What the fuck are they doing?' I thought to myself.

The alpha i was protecting stood and bit my back, throwing me to the side. He was in a defensive stance now, still trying to protect the omega behind him.

'Are they mates?', I questioned myself still trying to understand the situation.

The true alpha took a single but swift step towards Guk who was ready for the attack, but just as quickly fell onto the ground almost lifeless along with Jungkook. I was stunned i knew Tae was using his pheromones even if they didn't affect me, but i had never seen them work so effectively and under strict command.

The wounded true alpha stood up while Jungkook remained still.

"I warned you alpha", my brother mocked.

Author POV

Yunho turned to face Seonghwa, growling and threatening the omega with his k9's.

"Yunho?" The omega cried, scrambling to get away from the posessed alpha.

The alpha slightly whimpered through his teeth, he had no control over his wolf.

Jungkook was now sitting up completely lost in the pheromones, waiting for orders from Taehyung.

Yunho neared Seonghwa, sorrow filled his heart from not being able to defy the angry true omega.

"Yunho, please." Seonghwa begged his eyes scrambling between Tae and the true alpha, "i'm sorry Taehyung, please don't hurt me." He put his hand up towards Yunho trying to protect himself.

"It's too late", my brother mumbled.

Yunho bit the omega's hand, forcing a yelp out of him. Yoongi lunged at the true alpha, not worrying about the outcome but only being able to tumble the alpha to the ground. The true alpha seemingly unphased by Yoongi, not paying any attention to him despite Yoongi's efforts to stop him.

"Tae! Stop!" Yoongi linked his brother.

"He tried forcing himself on my Kook, his alpha forced himself on me. Yet i need to stop?" Tae scoffed. "They need to learn their places."

"This isn't like you Tae, its your wolf." Yoongi linked.

"You're wrong brother. Yes my wolf started this, but this is me look into my eyes, they're the same silver you've protected since always. This omega is just like his mate, forcing themselves on others taking advantage of our instincts and trying to tear me and my alpha apart." Tae spat, "this filthy omega deserves this."

"Tae listen to yourself, talking about a wounded omega the same way alphas here used to speak about you." Yoongi still spoke through mind link, while he listened to Seonghwa crying. "Please Tae, stop!" The alpha now growled, "how the fuck are mom and dad going to deal with the aftermath of your anger?"

Tae knew Yoongi was right, their parents would have to pay all the damages. Both true alphas went limp once again, Seonghwa was shaking on the floor whimpering for Yunho to wake up and forgive him.

Yoongi sighed in relief, he approached the terrified omega. "Come one i'll take you to the nurse", he offered as he took cautious steps towards Seonghwa.

"No, please don't hurt me alpha. I'll wait here until Yunho wakes up." The omega shook his head.

"I wasn't thinking about hurting you, Tae will speak to Yunho once he decides he's ready. In the meantime you need to get your shoulder and hand checked, they look bad." Yoongi ordered studying the omega's lacerations. The alpha took the tall omega in his arms. It was an odd sight, Seonghwa was the same height as Jungkook and Tae, while Yoongi was barely Jimins height. His alpha strength always came in handy.

Yoongi took a sniffling Seonghwa away, leaving Tae to Jungkook and Yunho, he knew his little brother could do more than just protect himself.

Jungkook and Yunho sat up, still under the spell of Tae's pheromones, and although Tae wasn't trying to force Jungkook to remain seated he needed to keep Yunho under control.

"I'll take blame for everything." The words resonated in the restroom.
