Final Battle | Akame Ga Kill AU

This time, it's the battle between Akame and her sister, Kurome.

Instead, it's you and Todoroki, but you aren't related of course.

Todoroki and you used to date, but then you split up and now you've met again.

He and you want to kill each other because you and him want to be the ones to kill the significant other.

Todoroki and Y/N stood a good distance apart, with both their hands resting on the hilt of their swords strapped to their waists.

The swords weren't just any swords, they were imperial arms. But both of them were the same kind of blade, a katana.

Y/N wielded Yatsufusa, a sword that controls the dead, a quite impressive imperial arms.

Todoroki wielded Murasame, a poisonous sword that kills with just one cut.

"This battle settles everything, Todoroki." Y/N said, drawing her sword and pointing it at him.

"I will gladly make you a puppet once I kill you. That way, we can be together forever." She smiled at him.

He drew his blade as well. "We will see who emerges as victor in the end, my love." He responded.

"Why do you call me that still? We split up and yet here are using that name? Not that I mind, because I still love you."

"I couldn't think of what else to call you."

They charged at each other and clashed blades.

Both were very skilled in using their imperial arms. So it almost an even match.

They stopped fighting when a rumble was heard in the ground below them.

A giant danger beast, entirely made from metal, rose from the dirt and rocks and attempted to crush Todoroki.

He dodged and Y/N split and ran the other direction.

Y/N ran and jumped high in the air, aiming for the danger beast's head.

She brought down her blade but bounced back from the recoil of her strike.

The beast was ready to grab her and crush her body, but Todoroki wrapped his arms around her and moved her out of the way before the beast could crush her.

They landed on the hard ground, Todoroki hugging her.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

She nodded and they both stood up. "Let's get em." She said, and then both of them charged at the danger beast.

Y/N cut on of the tubes that connected into the danger beast's mask to its amour.

The tough metal mask cracked and broke to reveal the monster's true identity.

Todoroki finished it off by slashing it's head down the middle, and blood sprayed out.

Y/N pointed her sword at her old love once again. "We were always good, weren't we? You remember don't you?!" She snarled before charging and attacking him once more.

Y/N summoned some dead soldiers that were pretty much like zombies, and told them to attack Todoroki.

But he cut them all down with one strike.

"Damn, should have known pawns wouldn't work." She muttered under Her breath.

"I'll end this." He yelled before striking at her.

But Y/N was moved out of the way, her new teammate, Izuku saved her.

"I won't let you hurt Y/N!" He said, taking a defensive stance.

"Izuku!" She gasped.

Izuku charged at Todoroki before being tackled to the side by another person.

"What?" Todoroki mumbled.

"Kacchan! Move!" Izuku shouted at him.

"No you move Izuku!" Y/N snapped at him.

"But I can't let you get hurt! Your my teammate!" Izuku protested.

"But I want you to walk away from this." She said, not facing him.

"What are you doing here, Bakugo?" Todoroki said, in his monotone voice.

"I came here to make sure no one interferes with your fight." He growled, looking at Izuku.

Y/N looked over her shoulder at Izuku. "I'm sorry, Izuku. Maybe if it hadn't gone this way, we could have been friends, or maybe even more than that." She blushed and turned back to her ex lover.

Izuku stood still. "But, Y/N." He looked at her sadly. Wishing it didn't have to be like this.

"It's time to end this once and for all. Are you ready?" Y/N said to her ex and readied her blade. Todoroki did as well.

"Y/N, my first and only love." He said to her with sad, loving eyes.

She chuckled. "You know I always did love you Todo." She said back.

They both charged again and began attacking.

Todoroki attacked and Y/N blocked it, but the recoil sent her back a bit, he though he saw an opening but Y/N recovered quickly.

They struck at the same time, making it look as if they stabbed each other at the same time.

Izuku's eyes widened. Bakugo's did too.

Todoroki stabbed Y/N through the heart, and Y/N's blade had struck right next to his side. She missed by a few centimeters.

He held her as her eyes began to feel heavy. Her body sunk to the ground.

Y/N's blood that was on Todoroki's sword instantly vanished, making the sword clean once more.

He closed his eyes and hugged her, putting his lips to her forehead.
