It's been about a month since Lance was shot. The male was still in a coma and Keith was patiently waiting for him to wake up.

Keith visited Mark and Jack frequently, he even got to meet there baby girl whom they named Elizabeth.

"You're missing out." Keith whispered as he spoke to Lance in the hospital, brushing the males hair back. "The baby's finally kicking. Peanuts strong, just like their daddy." He paused for a moment. "Dante and Sophia miss you. Always asking when daddy's going to come home. Mark and Jack had their baby. A little girl named Elizabeth , she's gorgeous."

"She won't be as gorgeous as our baby." A voice whispered softly.

Keith gasped, tears in his eyes as he looked at Lance. "Holy shi-" He cut himself off by wrapping his arms around Lance.

"How long was I out for?"

"Almost two months!" Keith answered. "Hang on, I have to get a nurse."

Doing as he said, Keith got a nurse. She went around making sure everything was okay with Lance.

"I'm going to get the doctor." She smiled.

"Did I miss anything? Besides the fact I was missed and Mark and Jack had their baby?"

"I'm actually a month farther along then we were told." Keith told him. "The baby has started kicking and moving around now."

"Damn." Lance sighed. "How's the kids?"

"Daddy!"

"Hey buddy." Lance smiled as Dante jumped on the bed, being careful of the wires as he cried into Lance.

"It's good to finally see you're awake." Krolia smiled.

"Where are my mom and the others?" Lance asked as he rubbed Dante's back.

"They stayed back at home, but they have been calling quite a few times a day." Keith answered. "Everyone went back home though, we sent Alec and Kora with them. Then there is us and Kolivan stayed behind. Kolivan kind of had to deal with the police."

"Oh." Lance muttered.

"Hi daddy." Sophia giggled reaching for him.

Krolia placed her on the bed next to Lance and watched as she snuggled into him.

"Lance! I'm glad you are awake!" The doctor said walking into the room.

"I'm glad to be awake." Lance replied.

"I'm sure you want to get out of here as quick as possible. So I'll give you a quick update. Your wound has fully healed, a scar has been left though because of how deep the wound was. You are able to leave the hospital as well." The doctor explained.

"Thank you." Lance grinned as the nurse unhooked him from all the machines.

"Be careful. You have a family waiting for you." The doctor winked. "Have a good day you guys."

"Damn, it's nice to be home." Lance muttered as the family walked into their home.

"It really is." Keith replied. "Come here Sophia, it's bath time."

Sophia squealed and ran off in the opposite direction.

"Sophia!" Keith complained.

"I got her." Lance chuckled running after his daughter.

Keith looked down at Dante. "Your sister is such a trouble maker." He said causing the two year old to giggle.
