"Hey. I'm here." Keith smiled as Kora's eyes opened.

"Keef? Why can't I see you? Where are you?" Kora questioned.

Keith's smile dropped. "Kora, what are you talking about? I'm right here."

"I can't see you." Kora said as her lip trembled. "It's dark. I can't see anything."

Keith looked over at his mother as worry filled their faces.

"I'm going to get the doctor." Krolia said leaving the room.

"Was that mommy?"

"Yeah." Keith said brushing Kora's hair out of her face.

"I'm scared." Kora blubbered. "I can't see you. Where are we?"

"At the hospital." Lance answered for Keith since he was starting to tremble.

"Ance?" Kora questioned. "You're here too."

"Of course." Lance said.

"What happened?" Kora said quietly.

"You were in a car accident." Lance said. "Both you and Keith. But you've been sleeping for a while."

"Did I miss anything?" Kora mumbled as she moved her hand around feeling the blankets beneath her.

"Just school." Keith answered. "That's all really."

"Do you think Alec will still like me?"

"If he's your best friend and likes you a lot he will." Lance said.

"Kora what are you doing?" Keith asked as his sister started to squirm in the bed.

"I'm cold." Kora said. "But I can't find the blanket. I-i can't see it."

"Hey it's okay." Keith soothed. "Let me help you okay."

Kora nodded as Keith and Lance got up and helped her get the blankets over her.

"Better?" Lance questioned.

"Better." Kora whispered.

"Kora! I'm glad to see you awake." The doctor smiled walking into the room.

"Hello sir.... where are you?" Kora asked.

The doctor frowned. "Kora what do you see right now?"

"It's dark." Kora said her voice lowering. "I see nothing."

The air in the room grew tense as everyone went silent.

Keith got up the sound of his chair scraping agaisnt the floor caught everyone's attention as he left the room in anger.

"What happened?" Kora asked.

"Keith just left." Lance said. "I'll be back."

"Did I say something wrong?" Kora asked again.

"No Kora." Krolia said softly as she walked over to Kora and brushed her hair. "He's just upset about the accident."

"Oh." Kora mumbled.

"Keith!" Lance called out as Keith stormed out of the hospital. "Keith! Where are you going!?"

"To find Lotor." Keith snarled as he continued to walk faster.

"And how are you going to do that?" Lance asked as he caught up with Keith.
