Colors smell weird.
A there is a ringing that feels funny.
What was I doing again?
"SQUASH SPIDER-MAN!" Oh yeah big Rhino "GAHH!!"
I jump out of the way of the big guy and barely land on my feet. I've been out of it today. I wait for him to charge again and then I shoot webs Jumping over him and causing him to slam into the ground. I wobble around before webbing him up.
I hear the police and I swing away. I stumble onto a roof. I don't remember much from the fight. I don't remember much from today at all. I sit up and look seeing everything go dark. What's going on?
"You let him die" I fall through the falling apart roof to in front of a tombstone "Look at what you have done!"
What's going on? I look down at the tombstone and freeze. No...no this isn't real...it's not real!
"You see the name of the man you were too weak to save?!" I scramble back as a half Skelton-half Ironman crawls out of the ground at me "YOU DID THIS TOO HIM! YOU KILLED HIM!"
"No!" I turn and punch hitting brick "I'm still on the roof"
I push my sos button. This will have to work. I don't know how long I've been stuck in this mirage and I don't know where I am. But I can't take anymore chances.
-Bucky pov-
Desk duty sucks! I'm sticking watching out for SOS or something else that I have to then call the team for. I sigh and keep watching the screen. Soon a SOS pops up for Peter. I pull up his location and see it....why is he at prison?
I push the alert button and send everyone his locations. Something has gone on and we need to know now. Stand up and stagger to my gun. I'm going to help them. I have to help him.
"I don't think so" I turn and see a blonde girl in white "I think we are going to....have a easy beat down here"
"Who are you?" I aim my gun up "You can crush my head but I'll still shoot yours"
"I know what's going on with your friend" The lady points at the screen "Mysterio was able to get to him and has him in a 'nightmare' of sorts"
"How do I get him out?" The lady smirks and I cock my gun. Her smirk falls and her eyes go wide "I'm not asking again"
"He has to do that himself" She pulls out a file and starts filing her nails "But I came to talk to the avengers or fight if I couldn't get help"
"What do you need from us?" Something clicks in my head "How did you even get in here?"
"Something is not right today" She looks at me shaking her head "I woke up in this place! I have never been here before!"
"So you think everyone got attacked?" I notice no radio signal coming through from the avengers "Or you think something else is up?"
"I think we aren't home anymore" The lady walks over to me and points at the door "I also think we are about to not be alone"
Soon Juggernaut and Ultron bust into the room. I start shootings at Ultron as the lady fights Juggernaut. What the hell is going on?!
"WATCH OUT!" I quickly move as a energy blast hits Ultron away. Cyclops walks in and looks at me "Come on!"
I follow him out of the room with the lady. Juggernaut is chasing behind us and I'm losing my mind! What the hell is going on?! We leave the sanctum and step outside to the prison?
"Bucky?" I look over and See Wanda "Oh Bucky!"
I catch her as she floats over and hugs me. I hold her close before looking at cyclops. He has a conversation with the lady then looks at me.
"Do you remember anything from today?" I shake my head no and he sighs "No one does...it's like we all just poofed here"
"Maybe we did" Eveeyone looks at me confused "Remember the spiders? They said alternate earths! What if we got brought to one?"
"But why villains too?" I shrug at Cyclops question "Why bring villains and heroes to a place that both know?"
"To have them fight" I cock my gun and point behind Cyclops "And we just got found"
I take a shot at Mysterio but the bullet gets sliced. A man in a skull helmet walks out of the shadows. Soon Ultron flys over beside him bed Juggernaut makes his presence know.
-Spider-Man pov-
"You are going to die like you let him" A infinity gauntlet pops up on my hand "Now snap made die! Take his place!"
"No" I look at the gauntlet on my hand "He died because he knew that's what HE had to do...he died because he believed we could live on after him..he died a hero!"
My spider sense goes off and I jump up. I land on a wall and dodge a bullet. I use my sense and locate Mysterio. Now it's my turn. I jump off and web his head. I fling him down and shatter the helmet.
"No!" His helmet bust and smoke swirls around him "Oh god! Oh god!"
His suit falls to the ground empty. I pick up the shattered helmet and sigh. I could've saved him. I wanted to save him. But I just couldn't...just like Tony.
"Get back here!" I turn and see a fight going on "I'm going to kill you!"
I swing over and get closer. As soon as I go to help I'm transported to a locker room. I look around and see Cyclops, Wanda, Bucky, and the blonde lady here. What just happened?
"Time ran out" I turn and look at a guy who stands at the door "You win the first round! But you have more to come"
The guy disappears and we all look at each other. One question possibly in everyone's head or just mine.
What the hell just happened?
