"Today we lay to rest a good friend of ours" Bobby looks back at Jubilees casket "A hero to the end....a life lost to early"
Jubilees casket is closed and Bobby makes a nod motion. It's is soon lowered into the ground. I feel a hand on my shoulder and look over at Michelle.
"Penelope J" I look at her confused "Penelope Jubilee sounds weird but Penelope J..that sounds great"
"Yes it does" I grab her hand and we walk away with everyone else "Let's go home"
-2 months later-
It's been a whirlwind the past couple of months. There's been low crime and nothing really to do. I've fought some bigger enemies recently but it's few and far between. I've been able to enjoy time with my family!
It's feels like it's been so long since the Ultron fight. Time just keeps escaping us day by day. The twins are doing great and Penelope is still developing. Michelle has had a more relaxed pregnancy then last time. Of course this times it's not twins.
Pepper on the other hand has been giving May hell. She went two weeks without talking to May because she at the last of her ice cream. Morgan has been a little spitfire recently too. I can't help but think we've forgotten someone in our family.
"Oh my god!" I run out to the living room and see a little girl who crying "I-is she real?"
"Why can't you remember me?" She looks up at me "Don't you remember me?"
"I-I'm sorry" she starts crying harder "We missed something that happened"
"I've already sent a urgent message to Bruce" Pepper crouches down to the girl "You do look familiar"
"It was me" We all jump at Wanda standing with Bucky in the doorway "When I joined with my dad I...I erased her from memories"
"Can we get her back?" Wanda nods "How?"
"That's all on me" Wanda starts glowing and floats "Don't move anyone"
There's a bright flash and memories flash through. I remember kingpin and the night we got Michelle back. She came out with a girl....WINTER! New memories appear of a girl crying alone in alleyways.
"Oh god" Pepper pulls winter into her sobbing "I'm so sorry we forgot you"
"It's ok" Winter wraps her arms around Pepper "I just don't wanna be alone anymore"
"You won't be sweetheart" May wraps her arms around Winter and pepper "You'll be here with us"
I hear a sniffle behind me. I look and see Morgan standing there crying. Pepper and May let go of Winter who finally sees her. The two smile and run at each other they share a hug and cry.
"I'm so sorry for breaking your family" I look over at Wanda "I'll let you all reunite"
"Wanda" She looks at me "You did what you thought was right for you and no one can fault you for that...I don't blame you for it"
"Thanks Peter" Wanda gives a small smile then turns to Bucky "Let's go"
The duo walk away and I look back at the two girls who are now laughing. I look over at Michelle who looks lost. I slowly walk over to her and put my arm aorund her.
"You gonna be ok?" She nods but doesn't look to sure "You know I'm here if you need me right?"
"I almost wish I didn't have the memories back of that night" Michelle lets a tear slide down her face "I almost got sold with a little girl into sex traffic Peter"
"I know" I pull Michelle into me as she starts sobbing "You two are gonna be alright Michelle...you both have family who love you and will protect you with their last breath"
